I have owned a Andrew James halogen oven since 2018 and I have used it daily. It has proved to always produce great tasting food.
You have to replace the main bulb every few years and I recently struggled to find a replacement. Nicole, the customer services team manager was fantastic in sourcing a replacement as I couldn't bear to be without my oven.

Moving house I lost the block nut for my slicer and very quickly another replacement has been found and sent to me. Excellent service rarely seen these days

She handled my issue professionally, efficiently and quickly. The quality of the Andrew James products have gone downhill I’m afraid. And customer service is not as good either. The ice cream maker broke and they sent me a new part out. I recently bought a Halogen oven to replace the previous Andrew James one but the quality of it is no where near as good. It was very loud and then the temperature control packed up I messaged them about it and I’m still awaiting a reply. I got in touch with Amazon where I got it from and they gave me a refund. I won’t be buying anymore Andrew James products in future such a shame

I volunteer at a repair cafe and a person brought in a small oven with 2 hob rings.
This device was so dangerously wired, missing insulators, no heat proof wiring that had cracked and melted. The switching on the neutral line.
We didnt repair the broken thermostat due to the poor wiring.
Found the customer service great emailed them with my issue and once I supplied the information they requested the part was located and dispatched. Couldn't do enough to help me nice to experience a company they go beyond. Thanks again
I have an Andrew James ice cream maker that I bought abfew years back. Since being in storage, we'd lost the paddle. I contacted AJ to see if I might find a replacement. Nicole M was really prompt to answer my query and organised sending a replacement really quickly. So happy that I can use the machine again in this hot weather! Great customer service 👏
I have an Immacuclean Pressure Washer PN: AJ001301 for 4 years with no problems, the soap bottle has a fault and I messaged this company to ask if I could buy a replacement or if they could recommend a compatible replacement. Basically I have been told no they don't have any and never even bothered to direct me towards a compatible part, or even tell me what fitting I need to look for so I can buy one elsewhere. They really need to do better if they are wanting future custom from me.

Needed a replacement part for a stand mixer that was 7 years old. Nicole M at customer services was very quick and helpful…..a couple of email exchanges later and new part sorted and on its way. Excellent customer services, cannot recommend this company enough
I reached out to Andrew James about an issue with my electric grill, where the non-stick coating had started to bubble and eventually failed. I was outside of Amazon’s one-year guarantee and hadn’t registered for the extended warranty, so I didn’t expect much could be done.
To my surprise, their customer service team was quick to respond and very helpful. After confirming a few details, they kindly offered to send me a replacement grill plate free of charge. I had already discarded the drip tray thinking the grill was beyond repair, and while they didn’t have a spare tray, they were still very accommodating and friendly throughout the process.
This kind of customer service is rare these days—responsive, understanding, and genuinely trying to help even after the warranty window. Really appreciated their support!
I bought a cafetiere from this company 9 years (didn’t realise it was so long ago) and contacted them to see if they sold replacement meshes for the plunger.
They asked for some details which I sent and they came back telling me they had managed to find some meshes which they are sending out to me free of charge.
Nice to find a company that goes the extra mile to satisfy a customer.
I’ve bought other products from them and they have all been first class.

I have owned two Lumiglo Fast Boil kettles which have served me well with no issues until the first one finally wore out. The second is in use now but the filter was much the worse for wear due mainly to our very hard water. Not being able to find one readily available I emailed Andrew James and received a prompt reply from Nicole Madeley, Customer Services Team Manager. Within the day she had located a new filter for me and arranged its despatch. It arrived I believe the next day, so top marks and thanks to Andrew James Customer Services!
I have an old single cup insulated Cafetiere and a new two cup. Both are very good. I needed replacement mesh filters for the one cup and Andrew James supplied FOC by return. Fantastic service
