A water heater was purchased and unfortunately failed just out of warranty but with a conversation with Diane in customer service she agreed to send a replacement. Outstanding service that just doesn’t seem to happen these days.

If I could leave no stars i would only be to happy,absolutely disgusted with them.my shower kept going cold ,got in contact with redring explained i am disabled and elderly so need the shower repaired ASAP,5 weeks later I was still waiting.after several emails and phone calls i was told they would replace it with a new one,but unfortunately there were no engineer available so If I got one and fitted the new cheaper shower they would refund me the money.i had the new shower put in sent photos of it sent plumber receipt but that wasn't good enough they needed a headed paper with the receipt but unfortunately my plumber dont have them.i know been told they will not pay me my refund although they should have fitted it in the first place.if this is how they treat customers especially disabled elderly ones then shame on them.i have emailed rip off Britain to see if they can look into it for me.im sure they will come up with some excuse again though

The lady who took the call was helpful , empathetic and quickly identified how best to address and resolve the issue. I must admit I can be a demanding customer, quite often I have no choice if the outcome won’t meet my needs but she coped extremely well in a very pressurised situation - so all in all well done and thank you .

Excellent communication from customer service. May I add I've had Redring showers in this house for 27 years, only decided to buy a new one rather than keep an old, still working one, because I had the bathroom re-tiled and a larger stall unit put in. I'll keep the old electric shower unit in the loft, as a back-up

My shower suddenly stopped heating the water and as it was still within the warranty period my plumber contacted Redring.
Redring emailed me and after I had provided them with details of maintenance regime and water flow they sent me a replacement shower.
I cannot fault the service that I received from their customer services department, particularly Courtney - Customer Services Executive.

I had to contact Redring about a problem I had with my new shower, I spoke to a Zoe, who I must say was a real pleasure to talk to, she sorted out the problem I had very efficiently, she was very reassuring with me and so nice.
I fully recommend Redring and Zoe.

Andy F provided excellent service when repairing our front door. The lock and door hadn’t been closing properly since the previous evening, which was a real security worry, but he arrived promptly and sorted everything out efficiently. He was very sweet, professional, and polite throughout, explained what he was doing, and made sure the door was working perfectly before he left. Really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend Andy F to anyone needing a reliable and friendly carpenter.
