Exceptional customer service.

Every effort made to tailor my holiday to my specific & many varied 'wish list'.

Checked, tested every element & re-worked the schedule if & when timings & elements needed to be adjusted.

Exceptionally patient & understanding staff, who all chipped in with helpful advise & assistance. They checked & double-checked with us that every element of our holiday met our expectations and requirements.
You have a great team, with exceptional customer service.

Excellent Customer Service

I dealt with Kristin throughout booking a holiday to Mexico. Kristin was friendly, so informative and super responsive to my queries, and managed to secure a bit of a discount for me too. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I was looking for a holiday to…Las Vegas & Mexico

I was looking for a holiday to remember, so emailed American holidays and Kristin got back to me that day. I gave her an outline of what my husband and I were looking for and she immediately put together an amazing holiday at the most amazing deal. Kristin was fantastic, she talked us through every detail and made sure we understood everything from flights /hotels and other hidden charges etc. I highly recommend American holidays..this our second time with American holidays and they have been brilliant.

Great company to deal with

Amanda was fantastic with helping us arrange our holiday. We needed a few adjustments and she went out of her way to help us get the holiday we wanted. Could not recommend American Holidays enough. This is not the first holiday we have booked with them and it will not be the last. Great to deal with.

5 star service

Great service this is my 2nd time booking with Orlagh she is great at her job really knowledgeable, gave great recommendations on lovely hotels and they did not disappoint so much so we booked again. The price is lower then any other place we looked. 5 star service here thank you again.

American Adventure Dresm Holiday

I always love booking my holiday through American Holidays. They take all the hard work out of planning and organising a holiday yourself. They are very knowledgeable and I just love when it’s time to book a new American holiday. My agent Kristin was so helpful and planned an amazing adventure for my next visit to U SA.
