Honestly what a shambles

Honestly what a shambles, 2 weeks it has taken for my order to arrive, only for half the order to be missing.. this is after emails and phone calls then being told they have made a fresh order, this is after receiving a dispatch order but with no tracking number for my first order, will be contacting the bank for a refund asap,

The worst company

The worst company I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. Ordered 4 items for Christmas presents, 2 arrived, 1 item wasn’t what I ordered at all and the other went out of date within days of receiving meaning it was useless as a gift anyway. Sent numerous emails, no reply. Disputed with clearpay who disappointly sided with the company as they provided tracking details. Thankfully Monzo refunded the money eventually after disputing with them. This company is such a scam and I wish I’d looked into before buying like I normally would. It’s a shame they’re continuing to take peoples hard earned money and clearpay are allowing them to use their platform to do it.

Disappointing experience

I wish I could give them a lower rating. You pay for 48 hour delivery and are still waiting over a week later. No response was received off the back of my email and when the package did arrive an item was missing. I have emailed for a refund of the missing item and the delivery fee but I don’t anticipate any response. Please don’t waste your time with this company.

An absolutely terrible service.

An absolutely terrible service.
Wrong items sent, missing items sent.
Claims of "Dispatched next day if ordered before 3pm" are false. I had an email from them saying it had been despatched, got the tracking details 5 days later confirming it hadn't been despatched when they said.
I've asked for a refund of the incorrect items but I'm not holding my breath.

I placed and order on 17th December…

I placed and order on 17th December 2025, I received it January 15th 2026 anfter several emails and threatening to contact my bank, 1 item was missing. I took a picture of and emailed them and I am still waiting! It’s annoying and frustrating.

The Nabisco Saltines I ordered never arrived and they refused to respond to three emails i sent seeking information. I also was not refunded. I warn people NOT to order from this company

Absolutely terrible company

Absolutely terrible company. “Next day delivery” took two and a half weeks. Refused to respond to my emails. Requested a cancellation and return two weeks after order as it was not sent out to me. The day after my refund request they sent it out, and parts of my order missing. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Awful experience

Awful experience - they don't even respond to emails and you cannot reach them any other way. Items were incredibly late despite gauranteed xmas delivery time, and when recieved several items were missing and damaged. still can't sort out a return/refund as they don't even acknowledge you!

This is a fraudulent company

This is a fraudulent company, in my opinion. CLaimed order was shipped but no record of it, cannot get any response in three months of attempting contact. You are throwing money away by spending it here.

Avoid purchasing from these

Placed an order 2nd Jan. Received email 10th Jan saying order had been dispatched. No tracking information received. Now into Feb and still no order. Emailed customer service twice and failed to receive a response to any of them. Very poor and disappointing service. Avoid!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely appalling service.
Paid in full, received half the order, invoice has 2 items crossed out but no apology, no offer of refund.
No reply to emails.
I dont often write negative reviews but this customer service is appalling.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Didn’t receive my order

Ordered in the middle of January, got an email saying it was shipped but no tracking number as it said I would receive. Contacted them via email 3 times as it was end of January and I hadn’t received anything. I was met with a bot response the first time saying someone would get in touch but nothing of that sort ever happened. Completely scammed me out of my money. Absolutely do not purchase from here under any circumstance! They just steal your money and you don’t even receive what you paid for.

Company in financial difficulty

Like every other review on here items were ordered and never received. No response to emails, when I raised a dispute through Clearpay they were provided a fake tracking number for Royal Mail when nothing had been despatched. Just waiting on Clearpay resolving. Company obviously in financial difficulties so avoid at all costs

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company, placed an order, got a dispatch email with no tracking, disputed it through bank an suddenly got a tracking email and it was going to be delivered, sent numerous emails telling them not to send it, it’s turned up today and they have sent packs of 4 in things that should be 8, packs of 6 that should be 12 and half the other items missing, it’s theft, I’ve emailed them again, I’ve taken photos and videos and will keep going with my bank and trying to return until I get a full refund. Avoid at all costs! This was a birthday present and how disappointing, I’ll make sure no one orders from this company ever again

SCAM

Ordered a bunch of stuff, including root beer and cream soda etc and they sent me one 7 up. Not one thing in my order was what I ordered, they chuck in what you could buy for cheap at the local shop then don’t reply to any emails or messages online. SCAM!!!
