Do not buy from them they will rob you cowley oxford

tried to buy some sweets gave the guy wearing a tight top and flexing muscles £2,he then said its £1.50 holding out his hand showing £1.02, I saw him switch the coin, when challenged he switched it on me and became angry, I took the £1.02 and walked out, so he robbed me of £1.00 and kept the sweets. imagine how many tourists or students he does that to, he may have thought I was one but have lived in oxford all my life, these people are scammers and using said shops to launder money from drug dealing.

If I could select 0 stars I would. I feel they are scammers as I like many others haven't received my order from 27th August 25. I emailed them to get the same automated response about the back log. Now I have tried to email again today for it to bounce back and I can't seem to find their website anymore. I have now started a dispute with my bank

My package got bounced around the uk…

My package got bounced around the uk only to be returned to the sender, when I asked for a refund they rudely told me to write a correct address next time, as if its my fault their warehouse people put the incorrect label on there. My address was correct. Scam fraud illegal avoid. Charging back with bank.

They sell out of date stock

Bought a couple of drinks both were out of date after kids tried and said they tasted funny.....prices are a absolute joke, nerds are not an American sweet we've had these here in england since I was a kid 30 years ago and charging 3 times the amount.........

Terrible company to deal with

Terrible company to deal with, despite ordering successfully over the years. This last year has been a mess. I ordered 3x907g boxes of Pancake mix last October. They took my money - delivered 1x box and I’ve not had ANY response from them, despite leaving several emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! It’s now 9th Jan 2026 - still NO response! Thieves.

Chargeback success!!

Ordered 10th October, gave them benefit of the doubt after chasing up, now closed website and email, did a chargeback with my bank that has been accepted. Please do a chargeback through your bank and don't let these guys win.

Confused…

I’ve been looking at the reviews I wish I had looked before I ordered. The email is a waste of time. This is a very ignorant company. Phoned and was told to leave a message and when the prompt came was told inbox full!!!! When I finally received the order an item was missing and they honestly don’t give a rats ass! Should I keep trying? I will but I might aswell try to become Americas next top model I’ll have a longer wait!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

10th Sept placed a small order. Emailed on 25th Sept asking for an update. Got automated email saying they were working through a big backlog please be patient. Sent another email on 15th Oct, got same automated reply. Sent email today and it got auto returned not delivered. The website is now down and being updated yet if you stay on the landing page purchase updates still tick along at the bottom. Companies House lists the company as active which is confusing. My order was only a small one but I've taken screenshots of all my emails etc and raised a dispute with my bank. Avoid this company IF they start trading again. Bunch of scam artists.

Ordered in October, still waiting

Ordered in October. Made contact two weeks later to ask when my order would be sent and received a rather rude response telling me they were busy and I should be more patient. So I waited… last week on the Shop app it said my order had been posted with Royal Mail 48hr delivery. Nothing has arrived. I have no tracking number. Tried to email them and this time it gets returned saying the email address doesn’t work. I will be reporting this fraud to my bank. Don’t buy from them!

Thieves.

Thieves.
Placed order 10th October and as at 21st November still not received order.
Chased several times just get automated email stating they are busy with back orders,
I doubt I will ever get my order or £57 back.

Scamers

I placed an order on the 8th of October 2025.waited 3 weeks but never got tracking number or dispatch notice.i sent an email to them asking where my order was.i received an email back saying ( we have shipped out a large back order please be patient.so I waited another 3 weeks.thats 6 weeks in total but nothing.i have just tried to email them again but it says the address i sent the email to doesn't exist.so iam now another customer who has been ripped off.nothing but scammers.avoid avoid.

Dodgy - avoid!!!

It took 2 months but I urge people who have never received their candy to raise a claim with your card/ payment provider.

I was very pleased to see this morning that my claim had been upheld and my money refunded.

Would give 0 stars if I could

UPDATED: Received a full refund when I raised a dispute with my bank and trading standards are taking my case forward.
Would give 0 stars if I could! Like everyone else, I made an order with them that didn't arrive and they never responded to emails.
I've reported them to trading standards and have processed a charge back request with my bank, hopefully I'll get my £60 back.
