BASICALLY ROBBED FROM THIS COMPANY

Been trying for 3 months now to get my money back after being charged for goods not delivered.

Ordered some confectionery on 8th…

Ordered some confectionery on 8th December for a Christmas gift. Said item had been dispatched but no further tracking information available other than still saying it is en route! Have contacted customer services for a response on numerous occasions and had no reply. DO NOT USE this company! Very disappointing.

Total scammers
Waited on my parcel for three weeks Contacted them to receive a generic response about lots of orders over Christmas blah ,blah
Clearpay were no use whatsoever even after I told them I had not received my parcel and showed them the email
Do not know how this company is trading blatantly stealing from people
Gave them one star as couldn't give Zero

SCAM SITE ...... BEWARE !!!!!!!!

Fake Firm - don't order

The same as everyone else it seems; ordered the goods but didn't receive them. I've tried contacting the support email address but haven't received a response.

Order if you want half of your order, 2 months late

Like most of the other reviews, ordered from site, took ages, delivery window long passed, a box finally showed up that was far too small for my order. Of course, only half of it was included.
The product was also French, not American, and smashed to bits.
Absolutely no communication nor resolution offered from this "company". Am pursuing a refund via other means.

worst company ever will never order again. honestly save ur money. paid next day didn’t get next day it’s now 5 days later haven’t received anything. had no response to the 5 emails i have sent and only got a message today that they just sent it off. i truly believe thats it will never come. fuming

No order after almost 2 months of…

No order after almost 2 months of waiting, 2 fake tracking links for Royal Mail, Clearpay do not cover this and can’t help. Avoid at all costs! Shocking absolute scam wish I’d checked reviews before ordering.

Placed an order a month ago and still…

Placed an order a month ago and still not received it and after 10+ emails they finally replied and told me it will be dispatched again in 2 day working days. It has since been over a week and yet again ignoring all my emails.

Terrible company

Terrible company, do not buy from them. No response to emails and they basically just send you whatever they want and not what you order. Delivery takes forever. Avoid at all costs !!!!

AVOID! Late, Missing items

Crap! Ordered some snacks for superbowl. Ordered on Wednesday night, paid 5.99 for next day delivery, presuming this would mean they would arrive Friday as ordered after 3pm cutoff. No tracking given. Friday came, nothing. Saturday, nothing. Saw the reviews for them after this, and lost hope. Went to Sainsbury's instead. Luckily paid through paypal. So got onto them and they instanly refunded me there and then, which is pretty telling. They eventually arrived on Tuesday, and items were missing and some were out of date. I didnt get the 5.99 back for next day delivery, so im keeping my out of date snacks. Also tried to contact them via their website form page and through email, but no reply after 5 days.
I've never seen so many 1 star reviews for anyone.

Terrible company, terrible service, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Honestly what a shambles

Honestly what a shambles, 2 weeks it has taken for my order to arrive, only for half the order to be missing.. this is after emails and phone calls then being told they have made a fresh order, this is after receiving a dispatch order but with no tracking number for my first order, will be contacting the bank for a refund asap,

The worst company

The worst company I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. Ordered 4 items for Christmas presents, 2 arrived, 1 item wasn’t what I ordered at all and the other went out of date within days of receiving meaning it was useless as a gift anyway. Sent numerous emails, no reply. Disputed with clearpay who disappointly sided with the company as they provided tracking details. Thankfully Monzo refunded the money eventually after disputing with them. This company is such a scam and I wish I’d looked into before buying like I normally would. It’s a shame they’re continuing to take peoples hard earned money and clearpay are allowing them to use their platform to do it.

Disappointing experience

I wish I could give them a lower rating. You pay for 48 hour delivery and are still waiting over a week later. No response was received off the back of my email and when the package did arrive an item was missing. I have emailed for a refund of the missing item and the delivery fee but I don’t anticipate any response. Please don’t waste your time with this company.

An absolutely terrible service.

An absolutely terrible service.
Wrong items sent, missing items sent.
Claims of "Dispatched next day if ordered before 3pm" are false. I had an email from them saying it had been despatched, got the tracking details 5 days later confirming it hadn't been despatched when they said.
I've asked for a refund of the incorrect items but I'm not holding my breath.
