Absolutely scammers paid a £100 for a mystery box and got 10 cans of Dr Pepper Fanta sprit 10 cans only no sweets no cereal no cake mix nothing and it took 7 weeks to turn up don’t even consider ordering off these clowns

Awful experience

Awful experience. I ordered on the 12th January and its 27th January and still no order. I've had very few replies from them and requested a refund. They said it would be dispatched and there are no updates. Avoid this company their customer service is appalling. No phone number either. It's screaming scam to me

Ordered on 19th December - I appreciate they closed over the Christmas period however it’s now the end of January and I still have not recieved my order. I have emailed them 3 times and had no response.

I placed an order 30/12 and hadn’t…

I placed an order 30/12 and hadn’t received the parcel as of 17/1 even though it said it was en route. Customer service quickly did reply and sent a replacement - although the replacement parcel was incorrect, 5 of the 9 items were incorrect. I chased on the 21st but didn’t hear back and chased again

Absolutely dreadful company to deal…

Absolutely dreadful company to deal with! I ordered 3 boxes of Pancake mix but received just 1 box!! This was last November 2025. Forward to January 2026 still nothing. Despite several emails, there has been NO response at all from the company. Cowboys and theives - DO NOT BUY from this company.

Order didn’t arrive/wrong, being ignored…

Order didn’t arrive although it stated it was dispatched. No tracking sent. Replied once to an email to say it was on its way. When it arrived, items were missing and other items were incorrect. They have not replied to any emails since and I assume I am being ignored now. This was an order made over 6 weeks ago.

SCAM COMPANY RAN BY LIARS

I ordered a parcel for next day delivery 2nd December, didn’t receive anything. I made multiple attempts to contact the company via email - no response. I then waited 14 days and logged a dispute with my bank.
My parcel then finally arrived 18th December but half of it was missing, I again sent an email to the company with a breakdown of what was missing. I never received a response, I tried to edit my dispute but couldn’t as it was ongoing, so waited for an outcome until I could provide additional evidence.
My bank have been in contact with me today about the dispute and this disgusting company have point blank lied saying “we checked our inbox and the customer has made zero attempts to contact us.” I have sent all screenshots to my bank of the emails I sent to this company and told them to look on trustpilot to see my experience isn’t unusual - we shall see what they come back with.
I find it funny you can reply to banking disputes but not your customers!

I placed my order on the 1st January 2026 and have only just recieved it today (the 23rd) and half the items are missing. Sent numerous emails with nothing back. Will not be ordering again!

I ordered 2 cans of Coke and never…

I ordered 2 cans of Coke and never received them. I chased for weeks and only got automated replies. Absolute disgraceful service. Had to report fraud to my bank in the end. Got money back through bank. I would stay away from them.

Worst company

Worst company.
I waited 3 weeks for dispatch.. nothing happened. I called my bank after seeing all the negative reviews and my bank refunded me.
I emailed the company telling them to cancel my order… what do you know, as soon as my bank got involved they sent the order out (a month late!)
Even though I asked them to cancel the order!!!

It has just been delivered and like many others half of the order is missing. Luckily I recorded myself opening the package so they haven’t got a leg to stand on!
I have also emailed them saying that I am going to be returning the order (despite them not sending a returns label!)

Update - disputed with my bank as seller wouldn’t answer my emails.
Sent proof of payment everything, even including that I had sent the order back (owner didn’t open the door 😂😂) my bank refunded me.

Scam Artists! Avoid at all costs!!

I’ve ordered from this company before. Despite the lack of communication on shipping and delivery, I was happy with the service and what was provided. They clearly communicated to me when items were missing and knocked it off the total and refunded.
The second time - not so good. I placed an order for my husband for Christmas for some stocking fillers, and ordered 12 cans of drinks and 1 bag of sweets on 9 December. I got an automatic email to say my order was confirmed and then got one on 15 December to say it had been shipped. I gave them a bit of leeway as it was around Christmas and would obviously be very busy. It got to 23 December and hadn’t received any courier information so I emailed asking for an update. I didn’t receive an update from them directly but got an email from Royal Mail saying they would deliver on 24 December. When I received the parcel it was far smaller than I had expected. I opened the box to see only 5 cans of drink and the bag of sweets in there. I immediately followed up and sent a photo of the goods received and asked if I would be sent the remainder later on, or if I am to expect a refund. Received an out of office from them for the Christmas period. Followed up again asking for an update, and to this day still nothing. I purchased through Clearpay and have opened a dispute with them. They responded to my dispute basically just saying that the goods were delivered and provided a screenshot from Royal Mail which wasn’t what I was contesting at all - was that I hadn’t received all the goods! Absolutely terrible customer service, absolute scam artists - avoid at all costs!!!!

Would give no stars if I could!!
Placed order of the 29th of January, of course it was holiday season, got an email on the 8 January saying order was on the way and I’d get an email separately for tracking, never got that so emailed them 4 days later do an update and was ignored. 14th January I contacted PayPal to open a case since I was ignored by the company (still haven’t had any contact), PayPal gave them till the 17th when they gave tracking details to them on the last day but no contact for me the customer. Royal Mail delivery status says “sender has advised they have dispatched” but that was 19th January 7:05pm and still no movement. This company is a complete scam and I would AVOID at all costs, I didn’t read the reviews before hand because I was sure I had purchased from this company before but I have now come to realise it wasn’t. OVER 3 WEEKS AND NO £87 order

I ordered on December the 28th 2025 and…

I ordered on December the 28th 2025 and then was ent an email saying it’s on the way on the 8th on January. It’s now the 20th of January no tracking number no updates. I’m very disappointed as I brought theses candy wax bottles for my partner as she has autism and now this is one of the only things she likes because of the “ texture”. I’ve emailed and had no reply cost me £11.58 for two packs and nothing has been delivered since. Do not use these im sure it’s a scam as I’ve read a lot of reviews and it’s the same mine! Such a shame really.

Just like everyone else i spent £72 tried doing something nice getting stuff for all my family and havent received my item im currently trying to get the money back through clearpay as they clearly have no intention of sending the items or responding to my many emails

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They take your money. Won’t send the items. Won’t reply to emails.

They only conveniently got in touch… not with me but my bank when I raised a dispute. Even then they’re lying saying they’ve sent the items.
