Missing items and wrong product – no response from company

“I ordered multiple items from this company, but my order arrived incomplete. The Teddy Grahams and Fruit Roll-Ups were missing, and I received a basic Kraft Macaroni & Cheese instead of the Super Mario edition I paid for.
I have tried contacting the company but have had no response. After looking at other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one experiencing these issues, which is very concerning.
I would not recommend ordering from here unless they improve their order accuracy and customer service.”

Appalling

Appalling! Stay away from this company! My son and I ordered some treats on the 8th January. I had to chase up our order after waiting for two weeks. When the order finally arrived (5 weeks after ordering) and after yet another email, we were extremely disappointed and actually angry!! ALL of the items we purchased were items I could have been and bought from my local shop, the common easily found and affordable versions of what we wanted. The audacity!! My son was incredibly upset, as this was some of his Christmas money, that he wished to spend on the company by buying items we looked forward to trying.

I am currently 11 weeks deep into emails, with very little patience left.
All I want is for my son to get his money back, it’s not about the amount, it’s about the principle.
I wish I had read the reviews before going ahead, unfortunately, during our time of making our order we were both recovering from being poorly and it simply slipped my mind.

Wish I read the reviews first

Wish I read the reviews first. I ordered and when it eventually turned up items were missing. Customer service is unresponsive. I’m out of pocket and hopefully will get my money back.

i was a bit skeptical

i was a bit skeptical seeing a ton of bad reviews online and i emailed out of worriedness because i just spent like £30. i got an automated response when i emailed too but after a week i received all items i ordered, in date, unopened and not covered in weird mystery powder ? (some of the reviews i've seen) so i'm very happy!! :))

Do not order from here - choose another supplier!

Ordered and paid for next day delivery. One week later the order still hadn't arrived. No tracking information received. No response to emails, no phone call from them to explain, and they don't have a contact number so you can't call them instead. 9 days after I ordered a delivery showed up (still no tracking info received) with three items missing and one item was a smaller size than ordered. Again, no response to emails, no refund given for the missing items or refund for the order not being delivered next day which I'd paid extra for.
Looking at the reviews, I wish I'd seen them before ordering. And it seems as though the company picks and chooses who they help with order issues!
Use a different company to order your American goods from - do not use this one!

Ordered two cases of Dr Pepper one…

Ordered two cases of Dr Pepper one original Dr Pepper one Dr Pepper cherry.The original Dr Pepper turned up next day but not the second half of the delivery the Dr Pepper Cherry was still to turn up.Emailed this company who said a replacment would be sent put and be with me on the Saturday.It didn't show Saturday but eventually came today thankfully thank you.

2 Missing Orders - No Refund

I placed an order in November for Thanksgiving items and an order in December. I actually received 2 items but none of the rest of the stuff. When I contacted the company, I received an e-mail saying it must have gotten lost and would be shipped again. They took my money and have never sent anything else and now not responding to my most recent e-mail. Do not order from these people.

SCAM SCAM SCAM
This is my 2nd review, as a follow up. I did a charge back with my bank. This SCAM of a company went back to my bank to claim they had sent the items and had corresponded with me. They claimed to have sent me proof of postage. They claimed the items were sent in 2 separate boxes. They then claimed they sent me an email with tracking details and another ‘replacement’ package for the missing items (that were never sent) None of this was true. I provided further proof to my bank that none of that happened so was able to keep the funds. For reference I placed an order, half showed up. Drinks that did arrive had their seal broken so thrown away. The snacks were so stale. The 4 mexicoke I ordered were no where. No response to calls or emails. Surely that is banking fraud. Stay away. Do not use.

Shocking all round

Shocking. Order took over 6 weeks to arrive even though I’d paid extra for faster shipping.
When it did arrive more than half the items were missing and whenever emailed they do not respond. Absolutely terrible should be closed down

Do not use this company!!

Do not use this company. Like many others I only received part of my order. I was missing the other two items. They do not reply to any emails and clearly know what they are doing. Can’t believe the company hasn’t been shut down with the amount of people they look to be doing this too.

This company are scammers

This company are scammers. I had not had anything delivered 2
Weeks later despite it saying next day delivery on website. I have emailed the helpdesk numerous times and no response. I am just trying to get my money back and no response. The website needs to be taken down as this is a scam! I am reporting them

This is in addition to an earlier review I made - American Candy seem to have removed their phone number from their website, and they've not replied to my email proving clearly that they've not given the service they acknowledged that I paid for.

Wish I’d read these reviews before I…

Wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered from them. Placed my order over a week before the Super Bowl for a Super Bowl party I was throwing. Less than half of my order arrived 2 days after the Super Bowl - a ridiculous amount of time. 2 weeks later I am still awaiting the remainder of my order. I have chased them multiple times and received just 1 response, that was when the initial part of the order was delivered and at this point they told me my order would be delivered in 2 parts. This was not communicated to me in advance and nor was I informed of any delays. Since then the “company” has failed to reply to any of my emails. They’ve just taken my money.

STAY AWAY from American Candy Co.

I've ordered from American Candy Co twice. At the time of my first order I hadn't checked reviews but that went well enough. The main issue then was the length of time taken to ship but I assumed that was due to an early December rush. One item was not received and they issued a refund immediately.

When I was about to place my second order, I noticed all of the negative reviews but proceeded given that the first experience wasn't overly bad. That proved to be a massive mistake on my part. It is now clear that their entire operation has deteriorated. I had to follow up on my order twice and finally received a month after ordering, with half of the items missing. They did not respond to my emails following up on refund and when I was able to reach them by phone almost 2 weeks ago, I was told that 'Accounts had processed my refund' which was a clear lie.

I submitted a claim to my credit card company and have this morning received my refund from their prompt action.

It appears that there are persons still purchasing from this company despite consistent negative reviews. If you insist on giving yourself the headache anyway, my advice is to use a credit not debit card for any purchase, keep a clear email trail and do not discard your delivery note. You will need these for a successful and prompt claim.
