Dont order from here,i placed an order and two weeks later it still hasnt come.I dont know if its even coming but cant speak to anyone, as emailed twice with no response and phone just cuts off,apalling customer service.

Place two orders from them recently and half order arrived on first order, like other reviews, had no contact back from them or refund for missing items and then tried order again of products I was missing from other order and still nothing arrived, don't have any hopes on arriving and my mistake ordering again, PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COST

Slow delivery missing items

Ordered a box of items 2 items missing from box which took a week to arrive will go back to my usual supplier not impressed . To update I have sent email no response no refund this company is shockingly bad customer service zero I regret giving this company custom and will never make the same mistake again

Non-existent customer service

Ordered something on the 30th of April and realised I had accidentally ordered the wrong thing. Emailed them approximately an hour after ordering it and requested a cancellation. Received an automated response from their customer service. On the 5th of May I received an email that they had dispatched my order, five days after I requested a cancellation. Emailed again on the 5th May and still received no response at all. Items arrived today, 11 days after ordering and cancelling. Really poor customer service, would not use again

Wouldn’t bother again. Expensive and partially shipped…

Prices are high in comparison to other companies and they have VERY limited stock, most of the good stuff showing as out of stock, even despite that, I placed an order and it only partially arrived.

I’ll give them credit, I paid for Next Day delivery and it did arrive next day but several items were missing, with no communication as to why. I didn’t even received a shipping email until after the parcel was delivered. I’ve worked in online retail before and this usually happens when an order is partially shipped - which my order was - however, the confirmation I did receive showed all items dispatched, when they clearly weren’t. A week later and my email have been ignored and no update regarding the stock shortages and/or a refund.

Considering that about 60% of the stock on the site show as “out of stock”, I don’t know how they managed to partially ship an order. Wouldn’t waste my time or money ordering from them again as their competitors offer better value, generally more favourable reviews and these guys are ignorant and dishonest to customers when they can’t fully send an order.

Missing item never sent and constantly fobbed off

Received my order with one item incorrect and one item missing, called them same day was told they were waiting a shipment and then my missing item would be sent and that id receive an email about it. I did not. Sent an email a few days later asking for an update, then I called them again, was told again that they were waiting for a shipment and then I’d have my item sent, well it’s been another week since that phone call and I still haven’t received my item. It’s now been 3 weeks since my order and 2 weeks since I received my order. Thankfully I paid with Clearpay so I can at least raise a dispute with them to resolve the issue, however I will be reporting this company too.

*update* after further emails including threatening them with reporting them I got a reply saying they’d refund me, I told them to please do that, they then tried to close my dispute with Clearpay using my delivery tracking information as evidence, however I have email proof of them admitting the item wasn’t sent and that they are waiting for a shipment. Unfortunately for them I am an incredibly stubborn person and will just annoy them into sorting this issue out.

SCAM!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. ONE ITEM OUT OF EIGHT RECEIVED, PROMISE OF REMAINING ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED. ITEMS NEVER ARRIVED. I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS, NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE AND NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE NUMBER ON THE WEBSITE AVOID THIS COMPANY! TOTAL SCAM!!

Absolutely shocking service. AVOID!

We were sent out the wrong order, and when we contacted them about it we heard absolutely nothing back. It’s been over a week since we emailed them and not even had a reply. Will not be using again and I urge others to do the same.

Don’t waste your time or money with…

Don’t waste your time or money with this company, will take your money, dispatch less then half of order all with very little life date and NEVER respond to emails or answer the phone

AVOID!!

AVOID!!! It took a week to even dispatch my order, then an extra 3 days to be delivered. Literally said next day delivery. Items were missing ! It’s been 20 days me trying to get a refund for them missing items they still haven’t replied to my PayPal claim. Disgusting!!

SCAMMERS

I had a very poor experience with American Candy Co.
I received the wrong items in my order. The company acknowledged the mistake and confirmed they would issue a refund and arrange collection of the incorrect items. However, this never happened.
Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact them, but they have stopped responding entirely. Their contact options are also unreliable, making it extremely difficult to resolve the issue.
As a result, I have been left out of pocket with no resolution.
Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious when ordering from this company.

Thank you, American candy company. I received my parcel today, except for one item, which you rectified immediately and sent me a refund. Every item is in date and correct in size I know some others have experienced not great service which did make me nervous. I thank you for providing a tracking number when I asked; that helped.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my…

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this company. I ordered and paid for two products, yet only one item was delivered.
For the past nine weeks, I have made repeated attempts to resolve this issue by contacting customer services via email. Every communication has been met with an automated response stating that a team member will respond shortly; however, no one has ever followed this up. There has been no meaningful response, no resolution, and no accountability.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be delivered as described and within a reasonable timeframe. This company has failed to meet these basic legal obligations by not supplying the full order and by failing to address the issue when raised.
This level of service is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the company’s reliability and customer care standards. I have effectively paid for goods that I have not received, with no resolution in sight.
I strongly advise others to avoid this company and to proceed with extreme caution before making any purchases.

No refund after 2 months

Terrible service! Order arrived with one of the products missing- I have been emailing them about getting a refund (which should have been automatic anyway) for 2 months now with no success. Would recommend avoiding them and ordering with another company if you can.

This company do nothing but commit…

This company do nothing but commit fraud which is disgusting. Put over £60 order in back on 7th March. We received two products and missing a further 6. Constant emails to the company that do not respond. They lie all the time and provide false & fake evidence. Now getting trading standards and citizens involved in this. They cannot keep getting away with this to people.
