My review has changed. A lady named Don helped me with my problem. Canceled my order with Bella View..Placed a new order with Bali. I hope this one is not put on hold.

Persistence pays off.

After too many chats and phone calls I finally found an eager, intelligent customer service agent that got things done. My order is corrected and confirmed. Even resulted in a reduction of price. Who knew a quarter inch was worth $14.
Not sure yet if I would recommend this company. Will know for sure when I see the shades.

Unpleasant experience

I have had a very unpleasant experience. I spent thousands on my blinds. Bella motorized. They have given me nothing but trouble. You have no one to service other than calling bella They have no one local and they are unable to help on the phone. It has been
almost a year now. ( bought in September of 2920) and have two shades that do not work out of five. I could not be more dissatisfied.

I had the most pleasant experience with…

I had the most pleasant experience with Sarah R. She was able help me with my order by sending me instructions to send pictures and responding quickly. My blinds arrived damaged and no one in…

My blinds arrived damaged and no one in customer service will call back. Interesting how this company will continue to take orders during this pandemic but handling customer service issues is not something they choose to take care of now. Buyers beware....once they have your money....good luck.

Blinds not quite right...

There was an issue with the original sets of blinds I received. Since this all came about during the beginning of the pandemic it took a bit for me to contact someone, however Nicky Lucera in customer service picked up my chat and followed up with emails to me. Yes, she fixed the error and reordered the correct blinds for me. But it is the manner though in which she took care of me that deserves a 5-start rating. I feel she went above and beyond. Not only was she was prompt in all her replies, but she was very kind along every step of the way and made me feel confident that I was in good hands. That alone would make me come back to American Blinds.

great company...

To whom this may concern,
I called American Blinds to report my 2 living room blinds were 5 inches too short. Michelle Wilson was my representative that helped me. She was top notch!!! She was professional, kind & truly wanted to help me with my situation!!! She’s a keeper... thanks so much Michelle!!! You were great... I look forward to receiving my new blinds!!
