I am writing this review to warn other customers

I am writing this review to warn other customers about our experience with this company.
From the beginning, the technician, Adam, treated my wife in a rude and disrespectful manner. His tone was harsh, and the situation escalated inside our home when my wife simply asked him to better explain the charges. Instead of responding professionally, he became upset and told her he would call the cops.

She had clearly told him she was going upstairs to send the payment from the computer, and the payment was completed within minutes. At no point did she refuse to pay.

Despite this, his behavior became aggressive enough that my wife felt threatened and unsafe inside her own home, something no customer should ever experience from a service provider invited into their house.

What made the situation even worse was the response from the company’s owner and manager, Dan. Instead of addressing the technician’s behavior, he supported his technician and made statements implying that my wife was trying to avoid payment, which is completely false.

This technician had access to our locks and created keys during the service, which made the situation even more concerning given how it unfolded.

I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to take the time to read their negative reviews on Google and Facebook. You will see concerning patterns in customer experiences similar to ours.

Customers deserve professionalism, respect, and safety inside their own homes. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with this company.
