SCAM WEBSITE!!!! WATCH OUT!!!

This is a scam site. Its advertised over instagram with the offer of discunted product. When you proceed to buy product they sell you membership points instead. When you write complaint they revoke your "membership" and reduce "ponits" to zero.

Ms. Emily from escalated team has a good service to addressed my issue and clear to explain my special exception of refund as a resulotion to meet my expectation. She has a good communication and understanding to my case and investigate of what has been done. She sincerely apologize on what happen and commited to support all customer inquiries.
