I did not sign up for anything and money was taken from my account 3 debits were made on the 10th of April I tried to stop it with my bank but there was on help.
I started receiving emails on the 15th when they took the 4th debit from my account.
I had a complicated issue with a charge, and the support team was incredibly understanding. They reached out multiple times to keep me updated and ensured full transparency throughout the process. Although it was against their standard policy, they made a special exception for my case and authorized a refund. I truly appreciate their empathy and professional approach!
