i have an issue with the membership…

i have an issue with the membership cancellation and got charge with 20 usd and i cant find the way to cancel it then i contact the support team and the Bryan he supported me and help to in cancellation the request

Great experience with KAI

ATTENTION!!! Scammer!!!

ATTENTION!!!! I was caught by this company with a misleading advertisement on the internet and believing I was buying a certain thing I found myself unknowingly subscribed to something I never asked for. When I noticed the 4 withdrawals charged to my credit card (which they did without my knowledge) I promptly blocked and replaced the credit card and took steps to be reimbursed for the amount that had been unduly withdrawn without receiving anything. When I requested a refund I found myself blackmailed. I was offered a refund only and exclusively after I had left a 4 or 5 star review for the company in question and what I write is all demonstrable!!) So it is to be assumed that the positive reviews you see were all obtained through blackmail and not for the service offered. I want to tell everyone to be very careful and stay away from this company.
Ask yourself why all the 4 or 5 star reviews say "PROBLEM SOLVED OR PROBLEM SOLVED BY...."
