Full rubbish service . You can't call them you can't send them emails . In live chat not helping I sold my car from last week I want to change my car and add driver they not let me when i asking for help they told me go to your account but they blocked that section I want to change car . I obtained a quote from 2 different comparison websites BUT whenever I followed the link to purchase I arrived at a page asking about optional extras whereupon the page crashed with an error message advising me to retry late. After 3 days I gave up and got a quote directly from the website. Even though it was £23 more I still proceeded albeit somewhat disappointed in the "service" I had received.

The worst online service I have ever…
The worst online service I have ever used, went for the gold insurance filled in my bank details as required, paid the first payment from my bank which has been paid then nothing!!!! Tried to login telling me the request was empty nothing online no email no phone contact and no car insurance!!!!!

Bad service and terrible IT system
did not accept the order because my partner did not renew a policy 2 years ago. Not possible to talk to someone. IT not helpful in trying to lift the ban. Went to L+V without any problems.
