Total waste of time
Total waste of time. Had a good quote via confused.com but when trying to complete the transaction using credit cards (two tried)the process stalled but the payment still went into pending payments on the cards. Online chat facility was very little help. This company needs a telephone number to discuss this type of problem. One lost customer

Wouldnt let me change payment details
Wouldnt let me change payment details, no one to talk to on the phone. Kept automatically but Renewel back to auto when I said no. Overall thought the process took too much time and very restricting. Be nice to talk to a human on the phone who could sort it out.!!!!
