I phoned Alinta Energy to compare the…

I phoned Alinta Energy to compare the costs of my current energy supplier with those of Alinta.
Michael answered my call and was professional, respectful, and polite. He was able to build rapport easily and I was confident that my questions were answered honestly and with due consideration rather than read from a script.
I am now a happy customer of Alinta for two main reasons;
1) Michael introduced me to a plan that would save me money, and
2) I spoke to a genuine person with great listening skills and a clear Aussie accent.

Ease of use brilliant

Ease of use, I haven't had an electricity account in 2 decades, I was surprised how easy it was, other providers wanted so much information it was hard, I've had two strokes and still managed to do this myself, thankyou Alinta energy
