Excellent service with the engineer who attended, he was punctual, attentive to our needs and worked quickly and efficiently, cleared up after himself and set up the aerial and our free set box. Very pleased.

Engineer came out to help me resolve a problem with my loss of programs with my television and found that I had to keep my aerial booster on at all times and that should solve my problem.

Friendly prompt service from reception to fitter came when they said they would kept intouch with us if they were delayed would highly recommend I phoned others in our area they either didn't reply to my message or didn't turn up great service thankyou

Excellent next day service to have old satellite dish replaced. Was given the option of repairing it, but chose to replace it.
This is the second time I have used this Company, and I can thoroughly recommend them, an excellent price, and left the premises clean and tidy.

Vinnie the tv and Ariel technician did a great job and attended a second time to help out the installation.

A friend called out this company today. He is suffering from early stage dementia so his daughter was at home during the visit. Turns out the tv just needed tuning and some wiring had been done wrong by the gentleman who wasn't sure what he was doing.wiring was put in right place and tv tuned .no other work done.The time was taken up by the tv guy being unable to find the ariel point,(behind the curtain).£78 for this !! A so called diagnostic test and tuning in a telly.oh and no receipt, it will be in the post I suppose. This service was provided by the company, and the job was in townhead Glasgow. Be advised of their outrageous charges.
Now this company are looking for more information, why don't you believe this is a genuine review?
You know fine well it's genuine, how many jobs did you do in townhead yesterday?I have supplied the phone number, the name,and also the address,,couldn't supply a receipt as they didn't provide one,the bill was paid by bank card.Not a bad payment for 5mins work, the rest of the time was spent chatting and searching, both inside and out looking for the elusive ariel point,it's behind the curtain .plus there was no information given as to call out or service charge or estimate given.
Update,happy to bring this to your attention. Hopefully you will ensure this never happens again, totally unacceptable.

Had Michael the aerial engineer out at my mums house on Saturday 22/02/2025 he was just fantastic.He was so good with my mum explaining about her new aerial he had just installed.I would give this company 10 stars

I contacted the company in the morning. By the afternoon Alma the engineer arrived and gave me excellent advice. This resulted in a new aerial being installed in my loft, the old aerial was removed from the roof and taken away. Amazing service!

Engineer arrived on time. Very friendly. Did a good job and solved the problem. I now have a great tv picture.
Only reason for 4 star and not 5 star was cost. I thought it was very expensive.

Engineer very knowledgeable , friendly and helpful. Carried out the work and explained how to use equipment supplied. Was a bit expensive, more than I thought it should cost. But they were prompt in coming to my address and brought solutions to our problems.

Great company if you’re looking to spend two days sitting at home waiting. Scheduled visit for Saturday - ‘we’ll call between 8 and 9 to give a time’. Didn’t. Called them back - ‘we’ll be out between 2 and 5’. Nope. Call just before 5 from them - will need to reschedule Monday, will call between 8 and 9. Nope. Message lunchtime - will be out between 4 and 5. Nope. Call at 4.45 - Will need to be tomorrow. Guess what? Go do one and waste someone else’s time. Avoid like the plague

Excellent service from the two engineers who visited on Wednesday to resolve our satellite dish problem. Both were vary professional & recommended replacement of the dish & LNB as the original was many years old. Problem resolved & a very happy customer. Thanks

A very professional company.David our Engineer was very knowledgeable and completed the work required in record time and to a high standard.Happy to leave his mobile number in case of any problems.We were kept informed all the way at what was a very busy time due to severe winds.We have suffered from poor reception for several years due to the age of the house but all televisions are showing an excellent picture .Well done!

I have had very poor reception in my home for over a year. Called and got an appointment within a few days. Got a call from Jim informing me he was on his way.
He fixed my aerial and improved the reception.

Called 10 mins before arriving to let me know on way. Good service and tidy job.

Called on Sunday afternoon and was given an appointment for Monday between 10.00am and1.00pm. Colin called me when he was leaving his previous job and advised that he'd be with me within about 15 minutes. He duly arrived just over 10 minutes later and quickly determined that the problem was a faulty mast-head amplifier. Within about a further 15 minutes he had installed a replacement and demonstrated to me the improvement in the signal strength. Can't praise Colin enough. He demonstrated, using his box of electronic tricks, the signal strength before and after he had completed his work and cleared up after himself. Would highly recommend this company.

The service was quick and efficient and the engineer was friendly and polite.

Arrangements made over a weekend with very stormy weather. Appointment on the Monday. Phoned to let us know when to expect engineer. Arrived as expected. Job completed - no fuss. Many thanks.
