The hook & deadlocks are ok but as for the half euro cylinders I’m very disappointed that a company I’ve always known for high security locks doesn’t supply anti snap euro cylinders as standard with all deadlocks. Sort of defeats the purpose of trying to beef up security on a van when standard cylinders are sent out, I only make a point of this as I know how easy/vulnerable a cylinder like this is!!!!!!

Top class experience, from beginning to end. Easy to order, reasonable postage prices. Very fast delivery. Upon inspection, feels like a high quality OBD2 security cover. I also needed to alter a part of my order which didn’t fit my particular van. I emailed the company, which turned out I needed a larger part to fit. This resulted in a very prompt delivery yet again with the correct item being received. I couldn’t fault any of it and would highly recommend this company. Many thanks

I ordered a new door lock from this company. I had a few queries and I discussed these on the phone with them. They were very responsive, very helpful and easy to deal with.Delivery of the lock was very speedy and the packaging was excellent.
Overall, the company were excellent and I would recommend them without hesitation. Well Done !

The original response to my message was extremely prompt; it was detailed and informative and included diagrams and measurements.

Great service from this company. I had an old worn Multilock key snap and lock me out of the back of my van. Never received a code when buying the van, tried local companies first but no luck other than wanting to drill the lock. Found these online and sent an email and spoke on the phone - Richard managed to work out the code from pictures! Received the new key the next day so I could get back to work. Thank you!

Placed a small order on Friday, delivery charge seemed a little expensive at that time BUT, the order arrived Monday morning and given there wa a weekend intervening the delivery charge suddenly seemed more than reasonable. As I said, a small order but clearly treated with importance and despatched very promptly. The goods were exactly as described and work perfectly.

I recently purchased two slam locks along with the recommended lock lubricant. Despite keeping both locks well lubricated, they repeatedly seized to the point where I couldn’t even get the key into the barrel.
I had to buy another lubricant in December, and although flushing the locks initially resolved the issue, they seized up again today. I ended up using an entire can just to get the doors open. That’s £23 spent on lubricant in just four weeks.
I contacted Garrison locks to ask whether a discounted spray or a goodwill gesture could be offered, given the ongoing issues and the fact I’ve spent over £250 with the company. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The person I spoke to was unhelpful, repeatedly spoke over me, and kept stating the locks needed lubricating, despite me explaining that they already were. I was also told no discount or replacement could be offered because “the system doesn’t allow it.”
Considering the money spent and the ongoing problems with the product, I expected far better customer service and support. Overall, a very frustrating experience. 0/5.

**Further to your reply, you are once again advising that the locks should be lubricated. This advice was repeatedly given by your agent, despite me clearly explaining that I purchased a can of lubricant and that the locks were cleaned and lubricated regularly.

Unless your calls are recorded and you have evidence to state otherwise, please do not continue to suggest that this was not the case.

It also appears that I am not the only customer to have experienced issues with how your company communicates with customers over the phone, as similar concerns have been raised by others.

Additionally, you have failed to address the fact that discounts were mentioned during the phone call but were later stated as unavailable and therefore not passed on to me.

In over 35 years of running my own business, I have never dealt with such an ignorant company, and your response unfortunately reinforces that view.

Again, you are very passive aggressive and still did not acknowledge that I have maintained the locks since the initial purchase. You can review it as much as you want, it still stands that your after sales service is shocking and, the issue still stands and you expect me to keep purchasing lock lubricant at a cost of £23, this will be the third can in 14 months. This is a great way to generate extra sales after the fact. Hopefully potential customers read this and decide to shop elsewhere, as I always say, ‘you need us, more than need you’. Many other outlets to purchase goods from. Please also check my social media video which be be going out to my 48k followers later today. Maybe next time, work with the customer, rather than against them as you may just keep them coming back. Good day!

The keys are great, easy to order, fast delivery. However, no coloured pips included which is misleading (the photo on the website implies a pip). Ordering them again is over £8 delivery charge for a bit over £1 for the pips themselves.
