What a good idea having a shop front. I took down their details and the excellent experience started from there. Very professional and efficient. Bev and her colleague were great electricians and carried out the work brilliantly, and really nice people too. Highly recommend.

My Boiler broke down on the Monday morning and I contacted Ace Energy. They sent Liam out that very same day. Liam is a very polite and helpful young man who knew exactly what had happened and explained in detail, offering me lots of options. Unfortunately the boiler was damaged beyond repair. I had a new boiler replaced and fitted within 48 hours on the Wednesday.
Liam was very respectful,kind and considerate and very professional. He returned on the Friday to make sure everything was running how it should.
I’m so happy with the service we spoke about other updates that would improve the heating system in the future.
I highly recommend Ace Energy Bath and felt the whole stressful situation was handled professionally giving me faith that I will definitely use this company in the future.

Back garden lighting not working properly and not fixed.

A very positive experience with Ace Energy, who helped me out at short notice at this typically very busy time of the year. The lady in the office was pleasant and helpful, and the engineer attending was personable, thorough, informative and efficient. I will certainly use Ace again, and based on my experience, would certainly recommend them.

Called Ace Heat Monday morning for a non emergency job.. and the plumber was with me by the afternoon and job completed there and then..with a follow up visit 8.30 the following morning for a bit of electrical work. Had been trying to find a plumber in Bath for over 2 weeks and was let down by 3 companies so this was refreshing service! Brilliant engineers. Everything was well communicated, super fast appointment, top notch work, all cleared up perfectly. Couldn’t ask for more. Will 100% use again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very pleased with the response we received from ACE Plumbing. Liam attended our house to replace a leaking valve and deal with a noisy heating system. Very prompt, professional and knowledgeable, with a good explanation of what he was doing to address the issues. An excellent service from start to finish.

Efficient service from initial call to arrival on site. Work explained and completed with no fuss or upheaval.

After expressing dissatisfaction about the work done on my central heating system, ACE Energy sent an engineer promptly to investigate the issue. The engineer (Jack) rapidly identified the issue, kept me informed, fixed it quickly without fuss. The system now appears to be working in an even more efficient manner than before the pump was replaced and the various valves.

A very efficient and timely visit to service the gas boiler

I called Ace as we had an electrical issue which left us without lights in one room. They were able to come and see us that day and resolved the issue within a few hours of my contacting them by replacing some ceiling lights. I used Arcs & Sparks for many years and will continue to use Ace (as they have become) as their service is always excellent
