I try to send email to the seller, but my emails never get there. Only when I registered in my page and send email from there then it was successfully.

Another problem is that when I select from shop 2 pcs some parts then they tell me that this 2 pcs is actually 20 pcs and this is not shown in the shop when I make the order to my shopcart.

I have make my order online on trusted site the cost of the item that i have been bought was almost 280€ included the shipping fees and i have an accont which show that iam located in egypt so it's not asecret for the site and the item i bought it's weight not secret too,so there's no reason for force me to pay extra fees 90€ to get my item so i have been cancelled my order and i sent 10 mails without any replay from the company from last friday till last tuesday and in tuesday they told me we were in vaacation here in france ..it's online store so should serve the client 24/7 or u have close your site once u haven't any one to help the cst ...

I found my ordered stuff was damaged (broken plastic clips). I do believe this is transportation issue, but still the packaging should be more safe.

My house unit number was not indicated in the shipping or invoice. It is lucky that there was phone number and the postman manage to get in touch with me.

Theres only one weak point, more and bigger photos.

I understand they are undergoing some sort of renovation but last order took 3 weeks before they shipped out my items and that's after a couple of emails. I just placed another order with them a week ago and I'm hoping I don't have to go through the same hassle again. Would give them higher ratings if there's some indication of when to expect items to be shipped out.
