I have ordered 2 parts for my 1990 Cintroen XM. It was suprise to be able to order them after 28 Years. But. The parst aren't available anymore even though they are listed on the site and orderable. A mail came after a day with apologies and they transferred back my payment. Which is nice.

Ordered some scent refill for my Citroen C4. Gave my correct address and waited for 2 weeks but nothing arrived at my home. Contacted support but they couldn’t help me. I needed to go after it myself. Contacted La Poste who forwarded my question to DPD only to find out that accessoires-Citroen.com put in my address wrong.

Bulllshit Store. I orderd there looking forward to become rarely Citroën parts, that you can not order by your Citroën dealer. Then it nearly took one whole week till they say the part is not available.
This is like making jokes with serious Citroën customers.

I didn't like the experience very much. It took too long to arrive coming from Europe. very expensive the cost of transportation and it came in a box without any reference to be from the brand, without invoice or anything. test the product and some protective paper. It could very well have been sent from China. actually, things that I buy in Ali express are better presented. I expected more from the brand.
