The product seems good enough but due…
The product seems good enough but due to the very poor hose connection that comes with the pole I cant use it. The brass quick connection with the little lever valve fits into the connectors fine but as soon as you move it falls out. Its a bad design because the brass connector has no support when in place. I will have to try and redesign a connection which is not so easy due to the small tubing and there is no easy substitution.

Just what I needed for my PV array
Website good to maneuver. Easy to order, at a good price. I got a aluminium telescopic pole 7.2m. Came on time. Perfect for my 12 panel solar array on my Bungalow. In tube water system works well. Good to see replacement parts easy to get. I might get another bristel head.

Aluminium Telescopic Pole Duo with Snow Remover
I am very happy with this product. It is easy to handle, the snow blade is firm and very durable, even though it is made from a material that does not scratch solar panels. I cleared about 15 cm of snow deposited in several layers, partially frozen. The materials look and feel premium. Very good!

The package arrived in fine conditions…
The package arrived in fine conditions but due to the way it was packed one of the ordered parts where damaged. Photo documentation was send back and i did receive shortly after a confirmation that a replacement would be send. Now 14 days later no replacement have been send and no information on when it will be if ever.

Poor Instructions and help
Assembly instructions for someone without a clue are very poor. No troubleshooting section on website. Only one video on you tube re set up and there are no verbal instructions. Head has become unstable and no idea how to fix. Hose attachment doesnt fit, hoping I can rectify that. Will change review if someone gets back to me with useful feedback

Misleading information about stock and delivery
I ordered a product with the promise “order today, delivered tomorrow.” This promise was not kept after a week of waiting!
Waiting patiently for a full week, i contacted the company, it turned out the product was still not in stock, even though the website said it was.
The company even admitted they intentionally don’t update the stock status.
Very misleading and dishonest. Call before you order! The website doesn't reflect stock status!

Goeiemorgen, Dankjewel voor je bericht. Zoals we je ook telefonisch hebben uitgelegd , kan een artikel niet offline worden gehaald wanneer dit heel even niet op voorraad is, Dit met de reden dat dit artikel reeds weer onderweg naar ons is en eerstdaags zal toekomen. Wanneer een artikel een stockbreuk heeft of de leverancier meldt ons dat dit niet meteen kan geleverd worden dan zullen we dit ingewikkelde proces meteen starten. Wanneer een leverancier ons meldt dat de artikelen onderweg zijn dan gaan wij daar ook van uit en hebben helaas geen zicht op het transport van de goederen en dienen we te vertrouwen op de informatie die we ontvangen . Het is dus inderdaad niet altijd mogelijk om de exacte dag van levering te voorspellen. We hebben je meteen na het ontvangen van je bestelling een bericht gestuurd om te melden dat we deze niet meteen naar je konden versturen. U werd dus meteen op de hoogte gebracht dat we deze niet binnen de normale levertermijn aan je konden bezorgen.
Wanneer u informeerde naar een update en u de bestelling wenste te annuleren dan hebben we dit meteen voor je in orde gebracht en de bestelling voor je geannuleerd. De goederen werden in de loop van diezelfde dag ook bij ons geleverd. Het spijt ons dus te horen dat u niet tevreden bent met de manier van informeren , maar wensen u zeker een heel fijne dag toe!
