We had an excellent experience selling our house through 99Homes..

The pricing was very reasonable and completely transparent, but what really stood out was the team, especially Komal. She and the whole team overall were consistently cooperative, responsive and proactive throughout the process. All viewings were organised smoothly over the phone — they coordinated timings with both us and the viewers and kept us fully informed at every stage.

They also handled the offer-acceptance process and all follow-ups extremely well, making what is usually a stressful experience feel very structured and calm.

In all honesty, I don’t feel we missed anything by not using a traditional high-street agent. The only difference would have been the agent physically present during viewings — which we actually preferred not to have, as the house was empty and we wanted to conduct the viewings ourselves. As owners, we could present the property better.

Importantly, the agency had been managing the property for tenancy even before the sale and they truly went the extra mile to help us with everything along the way.
