I’m currently they both selling my home and buying a new home with 99 homes.

The customer service, progress and incompetence is unbelievable.

I told them
I would be buying 80% of a shared home a while ago . The Memorandum of Sale (MoS) for the house I’m buying has taken so far, at least, 3 months. When it finally came it stated that I was buying 50% 😳😳 contacted them daily since trying to get the MoS changed to 80%. Not even received one response to the multiple of emails…

From start to finish, the whole process was unbelievably smooth, genuinely the easiest property listing experience I’ve ever had. I chose the pay monthly option for Rightmove and the value is exceptional, a fraction of the cost of other agents. I’m a professional Landlord and also a retired Head Teacher, so I don’t give positive feedback lightly.

Srushti’s communication was absolutely outstanding. She was always there, replying within minutes, following up first thing in the morning, and consistently going above and beyond to help. Please take time to read the reviews. This is a very unprofessional company who have taken money for something they can not provide and with no support to enable people to use the platform. When you leave a negative review they do their best to have it removed and otherwise have posted completely fictitious and libellous statements. They will be reported to the trading standards as failing to return funds for services not rendered. As I said completely unprofessional by making up statements which are not true and can only serve to show how unprofessional the company is.

I had a very smooth and positive renting experience with 99home. Vivek Issrani was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He guided me at every step, responded quickly to my questions, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. Thank you for the excellent service. I highly recommend!

OMG...
This is some mistake. They seem to have zero contact with housing association that house belong to. I tried to buy from them at least two times, and it was one big chaos. House sold before arranged viewing (within 5days since listed!?), never returned call. Whenever you tried to find out any information, they will decline your offer!
Barely could hear what they been saying, coz line wasn't clear.
They are unable to answer your questions or give you any explanation.
That start to look like a scam... or a bias.
One thing is sure, you will not be able to buy anything from them.
