Exactly what I wanted from this service. I loved knowing I could manage the viewings and sales process myself and save ££££s by not going through an agent, while still being advertised on the big portals like Rightmove and Zoopla.

Doing the viewings personally gave me full control and, I believe, helped achieve a sale price beyond my expectations. I was able to give buyers real confidence because I knew far more about my home and the local area than any agent ever could.

Selling my property with 99home was easier than I expected. Early stages were simple and quick in terms of supplying details, having photos/ floorplan done and getting all the details online. I opted to manage viewings myself and this was quite straightforward via the dashboard, however I'm not sure if updates I made went back to 99home. However whenever I contacted them for help/ updates they were always very quick and responsive, especially Amit Patel who assisted me ably and patiently up to the point the sale was made. They have me great service and I would definitely use them again.

Mr Smith Salve managed my referencing, communication was fast and helpful.

Our company was looking to advertise an office for rent and we have returned to 99home as we have had good experience with them in the past.
