Unfortunately I haven’t read the reviews before I ordered three months ago a wireless water pump which never arrived!

This e-shop is not trustable and I agree with the rest that buying from facebook traders it’s just a spam!

I received the parcel, right, for which I thank you for your promptness!

I ordered JEWELRY CLEANER as advertized on the instagram. The demonstration was totally misleading. The product does not work...the pumps do not work nor does the liquid clean the jewelry. The only access to these people is the website they have provided. I would like to return the product and get an immediate total reimbursment. Please help me out how to proceed! I will never order anything from a Facebook advert again. Twice I have had orders that have arrived and I have had phone calls from the couriers after 8pm to say they cannot deliver because the address was closed. It was an office. The second courier couldn't even speak English!! I told them to deliver in office hours but that never happened. I emailed them and gave them another address but that didn't work.

I ordered special photo copy paper to be able to print tshirts. All I got was ordinary paper. Shame on the companies that take our money & don’t send the product

If I could put zero stars i would! Absolutely shocking. I brought a planner from a tiktok advert, and all looked legit 😳 even using the actual creators videos so really difficult to detect!! 4 weeks and still no delivery! When I email them they reply telling me to be patient as it's on its way, they have been saying that for 3 weeks, they ignore my refund requests 😑 DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SOCIAL MEDIA VIDEOS!!

Ordered the car window screen covers for my Toyota Yaris and they only cover two-thirds of the open window....This is definitely not what they advertised ‼️

The advert claims it is a device that measures blood glucose which is not true it is merely an oximeter! The advert refers the fact that St. Thomas and Guys hospital have devised this which is totally misleading
I bought 2 one for my sister who is diabetic so it is of no use to me
I would like to return them and have my money refunded to me ASAP. Thank you

Biggest rip off I have ever seen on facebook. I paid 96.dollars for a large and small wind chime. They are way to small and sound nothing like they should.have no way to get in touch with them

Received a small sticker saying "sports", costing £15.48, and worth about 5p, which I hadn't ordered. Fortunately payment hasn't been taken from my account. Terrible!

Product doesn't work IT don't light up when you lnsert into port. TV says no connection

Bought a pair of reading glasses from Starcraft Network Ltd in Hong Kong. Wanted to return item as not fit for purpose. I paid £14.86 and they offered me a refund of £1. Raised a dispute through PayPal resikutiin to initiate a claim. Seller offered full refund if I returned the product to Hong Kong knowing full well it would cost me more than the product is worth to do so. Paypal have now closed my case and I can't appeal. Am chalking this one up to experience and the loss of £14.86 isn't back breaking but it's the principle of it. Starcraft Network Ltd are an absolute con, steer well clear and avoid at all costs!

I've received my item but I wanted one for my daughter and one for my son, I've received 2 for my daughter

I ordered a pair of half belts to use on my trousers and only received one , which is neither use nor ornament. When will the other one arrive. I have not read many good emails about this 24hservice so could you sort me out and prove everybody else wrong. Thank you in advance.

What was presented as STAINED GLASS is actually a cheap piece of plastic. Classic BAIT & SWITCH! Do Not Order from this piece of shxt company!

Just received order of a small desk fan. No instructions. It has to be charged but no charger included.. Says adaptable with iphone charger - which does NOT FIT!!!
It does not turn on until charged. THIS IS TRULY A SCAM. I will not spend more money to send it back.

i ordered a smoke fan it wasnt what i expected i offered to send the fan back at my expence they would not refund my money offered me 65 us dollars it cost 83 dollars dont go near this rip off sucks

I bought a garden trimmer from these people as it really look good from their advertisements on TikTok. When the product arrives I tried it in the garden it really was very flimsy and didn’t really work like it was made to appear in there adverts. I sent them several emails and asked how to return the product but they haven’t got back to me. This company are scammers who promote rubbish products and refused to show you how to return them. They’re not on Amazon otherwise they would’ve been kicked off a long time ago. TikTok and Temu need to do something about these type of companies which are in abundance advertising products. There needs to be some kind Monitoring of these companies and somehow they need to be able to get the customers their refunds back. These companies are relying on people not bothering because it was just £20 or £30 and end up not bothering to try to reclaim their refunds. Somehow this cannot go on.

Had no updates since 5 may 2024 as soon as I opened a dispute they have been delivered today
