Anticipating improved benefits…

I’ve been taking this for about three weeks. So far I’ve noticed benefits of reduced shortness of breath. I assume it’s due to better blood flow. No other claimed benefits have been seen. It says it can take six weeks so I’m hopeful that will happen. I too wondered about the shipment from China.

No Heat In These At All!

Unfortunately I purchased these without researching reviews from other users. I purchased 3 packs of 240 capsules. While stating that it was a US company, I believe the package came from India. Not impressed! Then after reading the reviews here, I decided to chew a capsule. Absolutely NO Cayenne Pepper or black peeper taste at all and absolutely no heat! Definitely a scam. Very poor form from this company!

Stay away this is a scam

Stay away this is a scam, fake product, if you open softgel oil inside does not contain capsaicin as it does not burn tongue when tasting, no heat whatsoever, so I very much doubt other ingredients are in there either, just coloured soybean oil.

The Caspian Ceyanne product I received…

The Caspian Ceyanne product I received is a fake product. Ordered it direct from Aurivita. I bit into the gel to see if it had a hot cayenne pepper taste to the tongue which it should. All I tasted was plain oil, it's definitely a fake product. I take alot of supplements , don't buy from this company! Herb from Maryland.

It's a scam

It's a scam. I ordered weeks ago and never got any shipping info. I emailed and told them if I didn't get shipping info soon I'd be canceling the order. They provided a tracking number that hasn't changed locations in over a week. How do they have 2.3 stars if all they have are one star reviews?

Bought these like other ls assuming it…

Bought these like other ls assuming it was a US product. Came from China. I seem to get heart palpitations with it. Don’t really have any confidence in what I am getting. Doesn’t seem hot spicy and just oil. Someone else wrote bugs for red coloring?

So after reading negative reviews

So after reading negative reviews, send me bag from the US, then if product does work I’ll send you your money. Put your money where your mouth is. If you decide it’s a great offer, get back to me for address..
If I don’t hear back that just means you’re a fraud. Kool??

Received counterfeit product from Aurivita.co

Ordered the Cayenne pepper Power soft gels directly from their site. Received 2 bags several weeks later after getting notices of shipping, arrived at US customs etc. Products did not look like ads, no label at all with Aurilabs or Aurivita. Product of China. contains Soybean oil which ads said is a red flag for counterfeit as they do not use due to absorption of the capsaicin . Sent multiple emails and photos of product, after several delays , someone said they were legit, used to make in China but were clearing out their warehouse there and product now made in USA. Wouldn't send replacement.
Order # 5325 in case they want to respond.

Still waiting

Still waiting, never received product.
The tracking and shipping information is based on some app and company that I’ve never heard of and is so convoluted that the ONLY thing that comes up, is marketing for other unrelated products and services.

Do not be fooled by this company's…

Do not be fooled by this company's advertising. They claim to be a US based company, sure maybe it is, but their product is still made in India or China and is shipped from there, not in the US. I placed an order with them on March 4, 2026, and the shipping details they provide are from their site, they are vague, and they provide no carrier information. After several emails to them, they still will not provide any carrier information or tracking. I did get a "delayed in transit" email from them, this was to buy them more time because my order receipt states "US shipping 4-10 days". Well that must be when the product gets to the US because it is made overseas. Shop elsewhere if you are looking to buy made in American products. The representative I worked with lied when asked. I point blank asked her if this product was made, not assembled, but made in America and she stated it was. If that's the case, then why is it being shipped from overseas? Run, shop elsewhere for American made.

Hi Brandon,

We apologise for your experience and for the confusion around where your order was fulfilled from.

We should have been clearer about this upfront and we were not.

Your order was shipped from our Hong Kong fulfilment centre due to high demand at the time - we have US fulfilment capability but during this period your order was routed overseas.

We understand this was not what you expected and we take full responsibility for the lack of clear communication.
