Over 6 six weeks . Order has been delivered. Tracking says it’s in transit in UK for last 2 weeks. Scammers.

Ordered cami tops arrived very small. Contacted unserious times with replies. I cannot return and they offered me £7 but I want a full refund as poor quality and poor sizing. Do not want another size as material is very flimsy…. How can I get a full refund?

The bracelet I ordered. They're very small and the beads in the bracelet are very small. This is like a bracelet for a child. I will never order from this side again.

It does not even deserve a one star. My order for a bra and set of panties never arrived. I did receive one pair of pants and a bra not even my size, order obviously not my order. Then months later a e-Mail to say I had a package which I needed to pay a surcharge. Well I didn’t go there got in touch with them and no response. After a small order of a concealer did arrive albeit late, it came in a small plastic container but b….y hell I couldn’t get it open! Thought I had been swindled. Black plastic box is not going to better me 😏 Using a pair of nail scissors I struggled on. The damn thing didn’t give in! Sweating and swearing and two cuts to my hand I won. Was it worth it? NO I am now the owner of a smashed small black plastic box 😵‍💫

Ordered and paid for product but never received the product after 4 months . have tried numerous time to get answer but got excuses and now they want to chare more if i want the product which don't. I have requested a refund and been told that i need to pay for losses when its not my fault.

Even 1 star is too high, I have been patiently waiting for my order of front fastening bra’s what a lot of rubbish, I have just seen other reviews stating the same problem, buyers beware.

Haven’t received my order 4 months after ordering and have been denied a full refund even after buying on a "free shipping". My parcel has allegedly been in the same place for over 3 month according to the tracking details with no updates as to when I will receive it. Shambles don’t order anything from them.
When getting replies from customer service, they want me to feel bad for them not being able to deliver the package that I paid for and will happily keep my money rather than solve it.

Waited a month for these 2 bars, only to find they are DEFINITELY NOT the cup size I was expecting!!WAY TOO SMALL!! Waste of time and money!!!

the mini curl iron does not make curls at all like advertized Video on Facebook it is a scam so do not buy that mini curling iron no help from the company unless you pay 2.00 to answer one question .and still are not able to answer questions a real Scam never again will order from them and any advertizement from Facebook

I am very happy with my purchase got to be the first time I’m happy with bras off the internet - looks like I’m the only one so won’t do it again as they don’t seem to be consistent, what a shame, I really love the bras

I waited 3 months for 2 camisoles, they’re way too big and want to get a refund. The email address they gave me doesn’t work. What a waist of time and money. Consumers beware!

Got an email to say my order was in transit checked the tracking said it was in pontefract!!!! 2 days later still not here sent email to them they said it had been delivered 2 days ago ???? Then 2 days later received my order and have to say I'm more than happy with my bra's great fit really comfy very happy
