BEWARE: Sent me the wrong size and charged me for the right size that i wanted. No way to contact the company for a refund, WHAT A JOKE. Read the reviews which i didnt do.

Have reported this company to trading standards and my bank.
Product sent wasn’t fit for purpose. Tried charging me £48 postage to a return, product cost £40. Ridiculous

They sent the wrong items. Bait and Switch.

I purchased the cross stitch book, they made it look like you got everything you needed the floss the needles even a little pair of scissors and . I received three rectangle pieces of fabric with printing on it and no instructions. I don’t know exactly how I am supposed to learn to do these stitches without instructions. Do not recommend it

Ordered via facebook link a Wonderskin lip stain in colour Whimsical. Waited ages for the package to arrive - came from Hong Kong, supposed to be UK. Item arrived and was not what was ordered plus did not even work. Complained and company did not want to know - ignored all emails Then went via PayPal who said I had to return item to Hong Kong at my expense and they would issue a credit note. How ridiculous. what a fool I was for buying via a link in the first place. Lesson learned. Also PayPay is not as safe as you think

The multifunctional flashlight WH-911 only worked when plugged into the charging cable. They wanted me to consult with a tech at the cost of $5 and a monthly fee of $38. You can't repair an led flashlight only replace it. What a rip off Never buy from the company, no customer satisfaction or help only more money, money, money.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered a shirt for golf and it took 30 days to get it. They kept sending emails with updated shipping from
Greece, which I don't believe. I ordered it in white and in a medium men's size. Well when I finely got it. It was dark grey and was a kids shirt. it is Worthless to me. They should go to jail for what they do.

I was scam on fishing lures, what joke. I bought one for me and one for my great grandson and they didn't work like they showed on line. Don't buy anything on Facebook. Cost me 29.99 including shipping, what a rip off!!!!!!

I ordered some googles from this website and they are not what they stated they were advertised at. They fog up and the water goes inside the eyes. This website sent me a second shipment of the googles which I did not order. I want my money back.

Today I received, July 5, something in a box from ʼʼElisa Elisa,, 1314 James M Wood Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90015.ʼʼ There is no invoice, no information to explain this strangely shaped brush is that I have no remembrance of ordering. Instead of giving a direct phone number or email address I am directed to this site...... ʼʼif you have any questions. Contact Custemer (sic) Service..weʼll get back to you within 24 hoursʼʼ. This website is not theirs making me believe this is all a scam.
