Do not buy from this company. I received two plugs which got hot within two minutes of plugging them in the wall socket.

They started to charge my device but stopped working immediately

I wrote to the company who wanted a video of the hot plugs not working. (Huh?) I sent photos of the plugs in my possession and requested a full refund. I was asked whether a £2 refund would be acceptable. (Huh?) NO! a £2 refund is an insult.

They wrote back and told me they could not give a refund without the goods, and it would be too costly for me to return them

Bought 3 of the light up letters for presents and everyone has got something wrong with it. All have sharp dangerous pieces on them, also have chunks missing on them

I ordered a shirt that was said to be made in Texas. It had crosses and lambs on it. It was large but it was too little. I can tell now that no money is going to be refunded. I hated to be scamed. It seem to be a Christian shirt.. Why is nothing done about these places???

Nope! I I received a random package from a person with XXL religious flag material blouse. Very weird. The only reason I knew it was from this service was a badly printed note with their email.
Had ordered a suicide awareness T-shirt. I will chalk it up to a donation and leave it at that. What a joke.

Another item bought on facebook thats a piece of crap, do not buy of this store they give you the usual bs that they are closing down that the item has been handmade good quality material when i got it it was cracked and hand made by a machine,lies lies and more lies,Facebook would need to look into these so called family companys

magnets wont even hold up a broom. magnets glued to the hanger come loose. the hole shit falls to the floor !

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR CONFIDENT-JOURNEY.COM who they advertise on Facebook as. Goods are nothing like the adverts and they will not refund! Something should be done about these companies! However, lesson learned, I will never buy from a Facebook advert again!

Ordered 2 Izzy t shirts a xl and a 2x. The 2x is smaller than the xl want to exchange them, but no address

Bought 2x pairs of swim goggles, only opened 1 pair. it one of the lens broke before i put it on, then teh strap broke the 1st time i put it onto my head. £3 compensation to keep them, not willing to refund or help me return the items. last time i get caught up in ordering a cool item from an instagram advert. AVOID

TRIED TO RETURN BUT NOT GIVEN AN ADDRESS. RETURNED TO ADDRESS ORIGINALLY ON SHIPPING PACKAGE IN ATLANTA, GA BUT TOLD WRONG ADDRESS. NEVER GIVEN CORRECT ONE AND NOW GHOSTED. WORKED ON THIS FOR SEVERAL EMAILS OVER 3 WEEK PERIOD.

The worst experience. The item took over a month to arrive. It smells so bad and the wreath that I ordered doesn’t look like anything like pictured. It’s super small and ugly. The cheapest material you can imagine. It’s a scam. Stay away from any advertisement and sites that you have not used before! Lesson learned. Chinese cheating warehouse and scam!

Avoid at all costs!! Not only did it take an age to arrive but when it did it was shoddy, nothing like the described item and also damaged beyond use!

I ordered 2 blouses weeks ago and they finally arrived. they are decent quality but ordered XL size and received one XL blouse and the other small size. Not sure I can even send them back. The green XL is fine but the pink is in small. Don't want my money back, just correct size.

OK you sent me the wrong order and even admitted you did I replied with the information YOU asked for and didn't hear back from you so you blowed me off about it you suck and I'm being super nice about what I say I will tell everyone about your piss pore business practices this is so not over

Order substantially delayed. Billed as linen/cotton dress. Not even close. The fabric has the feel of a synthetic flag or banner. Very poorly made and, tho it fits (I'm surprised I even tried it on), it's going to Salvation Army. Obviously, they don't accept returns, as they are a phantom company. I am not usually this gullible, so I'm embarrassed on top of losing $30+ shipping. Shameful behavior.

Ordered 3 ladies bras .They arrived but were not supportive and were just msterial cut outs of a bra.Unusable.Tried to return but was told there was nothing wrong with them and my request was refused.Seeking support from my bank.

I received my product after waiting weeks for it to arrive only to find that when I opened it it smelt like gone off fish, it was absolutely putrid… please don’t use this company. I feel like reporting them trading standards. Won’t be ordering anything from them again.

BEWARE: Sent me the wrong size and charged me for the right size that i wanted. No way to contact the company for a refund, WHAT A JOKE. Read the reviews which i didnt do.

Have reported this company to trading standards and my bank.
Product sent wasn’t fit for purpose. Tried charging me £48 postage to a return, product cost £40. Ridiculous
