It’s first time I used Budgetair.nl as, my regular travel agency did not deal with the airline that was offering me direct flight. Because of my illness and on my doctors advice, I had to cancel my trip 36 hours prior to boarding. Airline refuse to rebook my flight but Budgetair stood by me and got me same trip on future flight. On time arrival, expected time to finish installing 3 heads and one heatpump was between 6 and 7 pm. Tradesmen work as a team taking least breaks possible and got job done by 5:30 pm . neighbourhood impressed the way each employee paced themselves. 6 of my street friends wanted the company's phone number.

Review of Avis Car Rental
Avis told me they need to put hold on my credit card in the amount of us$1500.00. And will refund the balance 3 days after I return the car.
It's 21 days today that i returned the car, same condition and full gas tank. I never got reply to my 3 emails or see refund on my credit card. Horrible customer service. 😪
