DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Sometime ago I ordered two little cape like items from this company. When I received my package it was not at all what I ordered. It was a (wrong size) cheap dress like item and a very small purse that was too small to even be of any use (with no handle.) I tried repeatedly to contact the company with no success whatsoever! When I tried to contact them online it always sent me into a loop and after many, many tries I just gave up. I decided that this was the way their company operated. Most likely the little cape would have been very cheaply made also. There was no customer service number for me to call. My advice is DON’T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Unless you don’t care how much money you throw away.

They are the most fraudulent companies

They are the most fraudulent companies. Placed order in March. They constantly asking me to bare with them, then send a fraudulent ID to track parcel, doesn’t work. If they ever advertise on the web, I will let people know what type of company they really are. Disgusted, thieves. They should be kicked off the web.I do not want to hear anything from their so called customer service. I’m done with them.

If I could give a lower rating I would

If I could give a lower rating I would. Need to return items, but haven’t heard back from them and the site has no details. I have sent out 2 emails from their website - with no reply.

I would never ask anyone to order from them or even visit their website.

Taken my money and not received products

I have 2 orders outstanding. Have paid for the items (around £80).

Have yet to receive them and had to update the Wholee app. On the new app there is no option to check my account and have emailed them twice with no reply.

Very poor cant get a response to return item

Very Very poor service all around. I ordered an item and the quality is poor and therefore wanted to return. I have spent a week trying to arrange a return and i'm not getting any responses. I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COST!

Difficult to return an item.Keep saying…

Difficult to return an item.Keep saying will send a code to my email to verify my return purchase but never got it.So hard to just get a return instructions or label.I have been at it for about a week now and still unable to get an answer on how to return my item.

return is impossible!

return is too complicated, so Wholee proposed 50% of refund and to keep bad quality item, but firstly I supposed to go through email verification! guess what? I never received verification code! Don't waste your money and time!
