It’s first time I used Budgetair.nl as, my regular travel agency did not deal with the airline that was offering me direct flight. Because of my illness and on my doctors advice, I had to cancel my trip 36 hours prior to boarding. Airline refuse to rebook my flight but Budgetair stood by me and got me same trip on future flight.
