Ridiculous customer service

I Booked a location for 4 people. When I arrived l realised that it wasn’t a real location for 4 people but too rooms in the house of the owner. I contacted booking and they agreed that the location is not what it was supposed to be but so far they are doing nothing to help us with this situation. I have quite a few call to booking and explained the situation, 3 time the phone cut and they are not calling back so you have to call back , give back all the information and spend at least half an hour each time for the new person looking at the previous complain. Just don’t use it it’s ridiculous if you have an issue. The worst is that they agree but can’t do anything.

Edit : customer service are actually liars. They told me over the phone that I’ll have some news 24h max after I sent everything. It’s been more than 25h and still nothing. Over the telephone the customer service also told me that they were in touch with the landlord to find a solution, I spoke with the landlord and she told me that she hasn’t be contacted by booking … One person told me about a 20% refund for the inconvenience, nothing. Booking is just a massive joke. If I have something to say just don’t use booking anymore
