I purchased a pair of new under armour shoes from OZSALE over 3 weeks ago, which arrived extremely damaged.

First time using this company. Trainers due for delivery two weeks ago- tracking indicates parcel has made it to Australia but has remained at a metro depot since arrival. No further tracking updates. No response to my request for an update from Ozsale so here I am.

Can't even process a simple refund. It's been since January, and you still need more answers to process a simple refund. I've wasted so much time talking to your team on what it is I need. REFUND + SHIPPING FEE. FFS!

OZsale Scam

OZsale Scam – Waterproof Usb Laptop Backpack - Large Size

This backpack (I shared the link but site doesn't allow me to publish the link ) is listed on OZ SALE for $187, which I purchased it during their end-of-year sale. However, I later found the exact same backpack on the Temu website for less than $40.
As soon as I received the item from OZ SALE, I attempted to return it. After a month of constant follow-ups, I was finally informed that they would deduct around $28 as a restocking fee which I replied back and told them that I don't accept this offer . early in March, they provided me reply for the second option to send the bag to a warehouse in Italy which post office informed me the cost would be $67.
This feels like a scam. I had believed OZ SALE to be a reliable platform, but unfortunately, my experience has proven otherwise.

I stupidly purchased from this website…

I stupidly purchased from this website after other problems with very slow delivery and lack of customer service when making enquiries. My latest issue involves an order that hasn’t arrived when it says on the app it has, and in fact the date that it supposedly arrived keeps changing. Despite using another product review site that provides mediation this issue remains unresolved.

Wrong item sent and refund still not received

Ordered a perfume for almost $300 and they sent me a completely different one to what I ordered, when I contacted them they told me I had to pay for the return myself even though their policy states the return is free if the order is incorrect. I sent it back nearly three weeks ago and still haven’t been issued a return.

Locked in a battle to get a refund on a lot of items that they cancelled they actually said do it myself as it was a third party I paid OZSALE and even after everything for months they keep asking for invoice numbers which I have repeatedly given my account is still open showing this but they won’t look have now referred to ACCC they r grubs,,AVOID

Don't bother with Oz sale if you want…

Don't bother with Oz sale if you want to wait FOREVER for your order! I ordered something and it's been over three weeks with no tracking number. I have written to them twice with only one reply days later. They said I was confused but they sent me a tracking order from my one I already had and an old one. How hard is it? How hard is it to also chase up an order too. I also had four things in my basket over $140 and they tried to charge me $30 shipping. No one does that!! What an unethical company and totally unprofessional. They have no clue what they are doing and it's only a matter of time now before they will go. You lot need to get your S##t together.

Ordered for the first time with Ozsale and have the most horrible experience (Contact No 6159371). I ordered multiple items and received nothing (its been over 2 months). After asking for an update and eventually a refund, they then tell me that the order has been delivered, and that they are no longer liable and to seek 'assistance from the law'.

Really feel like I've been scammed.

Don’t buy gift cards off OZSALE

Don’t buy gift cards off OZSALE. They rip you off! Look at the fine print, you cannot use the gift card to include postage. Which means that you will always have to top up when it comes to using a gift card. Imagine buying a gift card for a person then the person still needs to pay on top for postage. Ridiculous! Never seen a gift card term and conditions like this. Seriously need a review as this will 100% put off people buying gift cards for friends from you.

I ordered 3 items 1 did not turn up they sent me something I did not order
Almost a month later I am still trying to sort this out with this company my order they were supposed to send which I paid for is not able to be sent to me now and the item I received which I didn’t order is now my responsibility to send back to them hoop after hoop to jump
Through when I trued to return the item on there site it says I have no items to return
Weeks of messaging this company and still nothing resolved I’m done

Ozsale advertises goods that they don't have.

Ozsale make a habit of advertising items for sale that they are unable to stock. Several times I have purchased items only to be told weeks later that the item is unavailable.

If I could give zero stars to rate this company, I would. Useless.

Nearly 3 months and still holding onto my money! Pathetic Experience - Pathetic customer service

Ordered a product end of November, which I tracked carefully but to no avail - Early January the product was showing “delivered” when it had not been. Reached out to OZSALE to clarify this was the case - they haven’t provided any update from the carrier, customer service has been a shambles and refusing to provide a refund. 3 months after purchase and still stalling on refunding my $200.

Account hacked

My account has been hacked and somehow they are able to change my email address without my confirmation. Ozsales just answer with a generic response. Also they save Paypal account details as an automatic payment without any consent. the hacker was able to access my Paypal details without any authority

It has been a very responsive and…

It has been a very responsive and reliable site with customer service until lately. The current staff do not respond to any of the issues or hardly get a refund of the items returned unlie before. I have placed order and either items were delivered incorrect and we have been held responsible for their mistakes and did not get a refund until now.
Regretfully OZSALE is becoming another bogus site.
