Do not leave my parcel outside in the street

I rate my involvement with Envio Rentals very highly. The scanner arrived on time and operated very well. It made short work of scanning 4,500 old photos, despite us stopping to enjoy and reminisce over images that we hadn’t looked at for years.

I tried to book tickets at short notice to see the Alhambra with this site, at great expense. They emailed to say that I was on the waiting list and they would let me know if I was successful. They also stated that my credit card would not be debited if I was not successful. Despite checking emails and junk folder repeatedly, nothing arrived. So I wasn't able to see the Alhambra. Then my account was debited and I got in touch with the help desk. Only then was I sent a confirmation by them but it was two days late and I had missed the date. They are saying that they had a systems issue which meant that confirmations had not been sent out and I have been trying to get my money back ever since without success. Their performance has been dreadful and I would not recommend.

The communication from The Palm Centre was very good and they delivered when they said they would. I’m pleased that they mentioned in the item description that the banana would come without leaves for ease of transportation so it wasn’t a shock when it turned up like that. Just a week or so later and the leaves have already started growing. So far, so good.

The service from Pom Pom London is excellent and purchases are shipped very quickly. The bags with their changeable straps are so versatile. I’d love one in every colour but have limited myself to three so far.

DPD is head and shoulders above other organisations providing a similar service. DPD keeps you up to date, is punctual and the drivers are courteous. I always think better of a supplier who uses DPD.
