From start to finish dealing with Quickline has been really good. Marc who initially took my call and guided me through the process, the lads who came to fit the line and then finally Gary A who installed the equipment in the house. Gary got there very late on Friday night through no fault of his own and stayed until everything was connected and took the time to talk me through everything.
Also I actually have the 500mbs that I’ve actually signed up for, this is a first for me actually getting the speed quoted.
All in all I couldn’t be more pleased, great work Quickline.

What a terrible company to deal with. Turn up at the booked carpark to find that my vehicle doesn’t fit in the car park even though it stated it was suitable for large SUV’s.
No refund offered, also the parking was actually cheaper at the car park than we paid online.

I ordered a part for a dyson which cost less than a fiver - 18 days later it’s still not here and their customer service is nonexistent. Avoid and just buy from your local shop or if you can’t venture out go to Amazon.
In fact Amazon have delivered the part for cheaper and quicker than this lot took to reply to my emails.
They don’t even read your email and just send you robotic replies because that’s their ‘process’.

The service has been fairly appalling from day one - I received no confirmation from them that they had my watch - in fact the first email I have ever got from LWR was a revised quote at almost twice the price of the estimate. After spending two weeks looking at nothing but the outside of my watch I get a call saying you can't do the service and will need to send it away (I have no idea what you did for the first two weeks?).
Afer chasing again I then get an email with a new quote and after being told it would be similar to the price you had estimated I find it had gone up by over 200%! Also if I did want the strap cleaning as well then this would now be almost 4 times the original quote. So a rise from £410 to almost £1000!! I understand an estimate and how they work but you blatantly misled me to get me to send you my watch and hope I would just say yes, at least that is how it feels. And all you have done since (in one email) is quote me some terms and conditions!
At no point has any one tried to rectify this issue or even apologise - I even had to pay £21 to get my watch back!
Unless you want to be watchless for a month and then £20 out of pocket with very little communication or understanding of what customer service is I would avoid this company.
Update - my quote number is QU-25390/80306 - but I must say it's a bit late trying to sort this now I have reveiwed. You have had ample time to reply to my email which you have just ignored.

Things don't always go right but I think its how they are dealt with when it happens that shows the true colours of a company - well done Direct2mum.

He will look at different areas and comes up with solutions that I would never have thought of. He does all of this in friendly efficient manner, never pushy and explains in a way that takes away a lot of the financial jargon which can sometimes be so confusing.
