Thank you for your review.
I am very sorry to hear you are unhappy with the delivery and welcome this opportunity to explain our timescales.
We do ask you to order when you get down to your last 10 working day’s worth of medication, the reason for this, is that it can take up to 48 hours for your GP to authorise your prescription, longer in some cases.
Once the prescription is received electronically we may need to order stock in and then send the medication by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service and if a weekend falls in between this can delay your medication.
I have checked your last order, and this has been ordered and delivered within the above timescales and I hope this information helps for future orders.

Shocking customer service. Delivery a joke, cancel the day before and then cannot get hold of them. It was easier to just accept the new date than try get a refund out of these jokers. Will be the last time I use them.

Delivery was good and quick
Delivery was good and quick.
Food appears ok. Wish it had less hard bits in it though as my elderly cat battles with hard bits as has teeth missing and I chose Meowing heads as it was soft and had the moisture he needs. My cat loves it but tends to leave some behind as difficult to chew hard bits.
