I recieved my order several days after placing it. It was not packed very well as 2 of the shower gels that I ordered had spilled in the box. I did not bother sending it back as that would just have added more delay.

I bought a ticket for an event in Brixton at around 7:30pm on the day of the event. The start time was at 10pm. When after an hour of buying it, I still had not received the ticket (I did receive a receipt) - I contacted thier customer service via the website and explained the issue. By 10pm there was nothing. So I could not go to the event. At 6:30am the folllowing morning the ticket was delivered in my inbox - a little to late. I then contacted TicketWeb asking for my money back because I could not go due to thier delay in sending me the ticket - it took several contacts and emails to alert them of thier mistake - and in each case I was toled that there was nothing they could do about it. Eventually after some time I was contacted by them and it was agreed that they would refund. All in all I got my refund at the end of the day but there was a lot of hassle in between. Rather shoddy service to be honest.
I rented a photo scanner for the weekend to convert all my 1000's of photos to digital images. The scanner worked perfectly, although I had a bit of an initial set up hassle. The delivery and drop off process worked perfectly. Now all my pictures, even the old ones have been scanned and also digitally enhanced. All those old yellowing pics from the 80's now look like they were taken yesterday.
I had an issue with a new oven and Bosch sent someone to fix it very quickly - the chap that came was profesional and fixed the issue in no time. Brilliant service.

I am gob smacked - seldom in these days have I experienced EXCELLENT customer service - On friday this week I did. I recenlty had to put a freeze on my membeship, I did so to late, so the DD is still planned to go through. I wrote an email explaining why I had to freeze (due to a foot injury). I was really annoyed. Someone from the gym called and fixed all the issues, Steve. He was super helpful and retored my confidence in Good service again!

This gym has all the equipment needed to have any kind of workout. I join the sweat 45 classes and they are brilliant. The instructors are profesional and friendly and if one needs help it is available. Excellent value for money.

The use of the account is very easy and the fact that it is easily connected to an accounting system like Quickbooks is fantastic. I have a new start up business and it was the accounting side that scared me the most about starting a new business - Using Tide has helped alleviate a large part of that concern.
It is a pity one cannot give a minus star rating. This is the second time I expect something to be delivered by DHL and the second time I have been disappointed. The item was meant to be delivered by noon yesterday and still nothing in sight. Tried calling and looking on the website but information is all very basic and useless really. I cannot really complain about the service because there just is no service. And DHL just simply do not care at all. Shame on you DHL your non-existent service is appalling!!
I ordered a simple rubber stamp from an overnight rubberstamp provider (ordered online) on 09 November - I paid extra for DHL shipping - to be delivered by 12 noon today (10 November). Tracking on the website is very basic and when one calls it is an automated voice that gives you minimal information - utterly awful. I needed the stamp to use on some documents that I need to stamp for a new client bid - that needs to be handed in by 5pm today. Obviously this is not happening now and there is NO correspondence from DHL only information on the phone line saying it will be delivered tomorrow (no reason given) - this is utterly useless and a complete waste of my money and time. It seems that DHL just does not care at all - this may be a small insignificant article to most people but to me it is super important and critical. I cannot say how angry I am about this - delivery tomorrow simply renders the article useless to me.

This item has been sent with DHL Parcel UK which is a different division of DHL to ourselves. Unfortunately as we don't have access to their systems, I won't be able to assist you any further with this delivery I'm afraid.
I can only advise you to reach out to DHL Parcel UK so they can look into this matter further for you.
Ordered an Emma mattress with old mattress collection - sadly the collection was to be done by Rhenus - this was one big disaster - first collection was arranged for a Monday afternoon (1 week after the new mattress was delivered) only after I called Rhenus was I advised that the delivery van had broken down the person on the phone then said that it WOULD be collected the very next day Tuesday - Tuesday came ...... nothing - I then called and was advised it would be Thursday - Thursday came and I got a collection window of 4:30-7:30pm - I even called the office around 4:30 and was advised I was the next person on the list - and guess what no one came - I now HAVE NO confidence in this company at all. The worst service I have EVER encountered.

I was at an industry fair at Earl's Court and needed to send something - the TNT man came to my stand to collect the package and it was delivered the next day.
