I recently had some issues with my site and Zyma quickly contacted me to assist. When I needed further support it was provided promptly and efficiently. I think when online support is needed it's always speed that matters especially if you are stuck with something - excellent service and not keeping me waiting! thanks!

We needed to host a support ticket system away from our main hosting network.

So all we needed was a simple hosting solution on which to launch a ticket centre application - one that won't suffer when there's an outage or issue on our main network.

That's what we use Zyma for and we've always been impressed with how easy it is to maintain the service, update the software and access our account.

How many hosting companies would work past their normal hours to ensure that your site is restored when things go wrong? Come to mention it, how many companies would do that, period? When my travel blog went down during a stay in Mexico, James at Zyma worked with me until 2am to fix an ongoing issue with my WordPress installation. That kind of dedication to service is near impossible to come by these days, so I intend to stick with Zyma for all my hosting needs in the future.

Hosting with Zyma has been a hassle-free and smooth process. Apart from the one-off fee each year, I am happy with the service.

I have been using Zyma for all my web activity for about four years now and they are simply the best. The best service, the best servers, the best software, the nicest people. I've been with Zyma for the best part of 18 months and they were really helpful during the initial setup of my site as I transferred over an existing domain. They have supplied me with very quick responses to tickets or questions I've had. The speed of my site is great and I have experienced no downtime. I would certainly recommend to people looking for a affordable hosting solution.

"The true measure of service is what people do when things go wrong". We've been using Zyma Technologies for our youth football site for 2 years now. On the RARE occasion that we've needed help with anything the people at Zyma are quick to respond and quick to resolve - the perfect hosts. Nothing's an issue with these guys. Zyma have an easy to use portal which I've personally used on iphone/android/PC/Tablet. Plenty of options available to tailor to your needs. 5 Thumbs up from us. We'll done all!

Ever since I have tried zyma hosting I have been impressed on how quick my site loads. I have tried several other hosting companies who are more expensive and have still found zyma quicker.
I thought that this may be at the expense of poor service, but no I have tried their support on at least 3 occassions and found them helpful and efficient.

I would totally recommend Zyma's hosting service.
Even though they're not expensive - they provide me with great support & service.
I can't remember even one occasion of downtime for my site/projects.
Even when I ask for something a little out of the ordinary - I've never heard no from these guys.
I'm very happy and am not planning on switching any time soon.

I'm so delighted I found out about Zyma Hosting, it's local to me coming from Durham and as a Web Designer, they've made it super simple and easy for me to help my client set up their hosting accounts. Their support is fantastic, I specifically use their live chat feature and their responses are always helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. I do however feel that their live chat option should be available more frequently as there has been times I just needed a quick technical question answered and that chat option was not available. Overall, I will be continuing to use Zyma for both hosting my own website and hosting my clients! I love Zyma!

I'm very pleased with Zyma. I've been with them a couple of years and no problems at all. Easy and quick to set up. Easy to install Wordpress or upload your own HTML files. The mail forwarding always works and auto responders easy to set up. On the rare occasions I have needed to contact them with queries, it is really easy to log an online ticket and they have always responded and resolved very quick.

Overall very happy and will continue to use them.

I've been with Zyma for a few years now and nobody can come close to their pricing. Initially I was skeptical that something so low in price could offer a good service but my site has yet to go down and when I've needed help they have come good.

One recommendation would be to allow me to change DNS records which currently requires a support ticket. There should be an advanced mode for people who are experienced with doing these kind of changes.

I'm using Zyma for almost 5 years now and this is the best choice I could made! Beside all the great advantages you get like almost everything being unlimited and working like a charm (even under stressful conditions, never had a single issue with these guys), still the most I love about Zyma is their support team and especially the chat feature where I got my answers in less then a minute (no jokes) comparing to other services where you should wait for at least few days, or some times even weeks.

And of course the price! Have you seen the price? This is the best you can get for those money. I had recommended Zyma to few of my friends and they don't stop thanking me for that.

If I could give you 10 stars, I definitely did. I'm just proud to be one of your customers.

Switched to Zyma when my old hosting company ceased trading and any issues have been dealt with professionally and promptly through their support page.

I started my first ever blog in earlier this year and signed up for Zyma hosting as a result of good reviews read online and a trusted referral from a friend.
Being a complete novice, I managed to mess up a few parts of my wordpress installation and email account for the website. At the time I didn't even understand the "language" of web hosting and after an entire weekend (completely at my wits end) trying to sort things out myself, I thought I'd contact Zyma support for help on Monday morning.
I submitted my ticket at 9.02am and before 6pm that very same evening, I received a ticket update saying that my issue had been resolved. I could not ask for speedier or more helpful service - even the explanation of what I'd done wrong and how it could be fixed was especially useful to a newcomer to online hosting and website management, helping me build my own knowledge.
Since then my blog has started well and I've never had any complains regarding load speed, email, and service. I will (and have) recommend Zyma to anybody looking for top web hosting in the UK.

This is the first time I've ever hosted a website on my own and so asked a friend of mine who is a developer who I should use. He recommended Zyma and I haven't been let down at all. I have no competitors to compare them to but I can talk about what my expectations were.

Not being a techie doesn't seem to have hindered me and everything has been remarkably straightforward to set up. Where Zyma have come into their own is in customer service. Any question I have had has been answered thoroughly and promptly. If anyone were to ask me to recommend a hosting company, Zyma would be top of the list.

I have been using this company to host several websites and have found their service to be excellent. When I have got myself into difficulties they have helped me to resolve the issue pronptly.
Currently I host davids.org.uk with them and am very satisfied with the service I get.

If your looking for a company which supports you every step of the way when you need help. Zyma is the one for you, honestly. I was previously with 123-reg and there support compared to Zyma is terrible. There is one support advisor called Scott and he's one of the most knowledgable and friendliest guy in the support team I've messaged with. He's patient and really does give you correct information.

I will recommend Zyma to anyone and honestly don't believe those guys which give 1 star. Try Zyma yourself, you won't be disappoint.

These guys have helped me alot to get my business site transferred up and running from my previous provider who would charge ridiculous amount for simple support requests. You guys did it for FREE :)
