Great onboarding and ongoing support from Omar and Daniel.
From our day 1 call, through the trial and embedding TalentLynk into our processes, the journey has been seamless with great communication from Omar. He's kept us updated at each point and allowed us to have full support throughout.

TalentLynk is a great VoIP system for recruitment companies as it's specialised. Great use of AI to speed up the process and reduce time spent on admin, therefore freeing up more time for sales. Omar and Dan have been great since we transitioned into using Talentlynk. They have offered a lot of support, guides and are super responsive with any issues that arise.

Very intuitive system and easy to use.

Had initial call with Omar to show me how to navigate and use system. Omar is very knowledgeable and explains things in a clear and concise manner. I have only had 1 slight issue with TalentLynk so far (was syncing very slowly) and reached out to Omar who kept me updated and informed me when the issue had been resolved.

We needed to improve our phone systems and the ability to integrate with our CRM. We had the best trial with TalentLynk and were in no doubt we need to move over. The whole service from the initial meeting, to the set up and going live has been perfect. The whole work flow is tailored to our needs and the support is incredible withing a few minutes. Would 100% recommend.

This is a great tool to use as a recruiter, this makes screening candidates so much easier as you don't have the stress of note taking. It bullet points the most important information from the call and you can create an AI summary. This tool connects to our CRM so that we can record all communication from clients and candidates for future use. Dan and Omar have been fantastic, meeting all our needs. Would highly recommend.

App as a whole has been great for us (We switched from Cloudcall) had no call issues and the AI element has reduced workload for consultants.

Call quality is very good, across all regions and international, which in the past had been an issue. But the really impressive part is the visibility across all communications with the inbuilt AI and sync to our CRM making this a product highly efficient, using AI exactly where it should be used in a business.

Innovative product - game changer for improving productivity and efficiency across recruitment processes but transcribing and summarising call notes, automating follow ups and ensuring all multi-channel communication is one place as well as being an engaging and user friendly!

We saved so much time saved using TalentLynk. All activity including SMS and WhatsApps are visible to the business and it's all tracked on Bullhorn, so admin is consistent across all consultants now.
The AI Summary for call notes is surprisingly high quality to anything else I've seen on the market.
