Excellent hosting been with Zyma since 2013 and have no reason to look elsewhere. If you need to use their help desk ticket system the tech support reply promptly and politely and are very helpful, especially if you are a 'newby' webmaster!

Best Host Ever!

I have been with Zyma for almost 4 years now, they are the best host I have ever had the priviledge of using.

Amazing support and performance all for a great price, it's a no brainer.

I like the way Zyam is working, they are cheaper than other companies with good support and hosting features, however, the only thing they miss is a 24/7 support, sometimes it takes them 12 hours to solve a problem which is really disappointing in some cases

For someone on the bottom rung of the IT skills ladder, the small team at Zyma have provided great support. I have had plenty of issues, all resolved. Value for money and effort from the staff must put this company close to, if not on top of the pile.

I'm using zyma hosting for a few years already. Had no problem at all and whenever I needed something supports solved it for me.

Five stars for five years and then you not only blew it Zyma for us by not re registering our name, even though we had paid for 12 months hosting including domain renewal until June 2017 but did not show any interest whatsoever in taking responsibility for not fulfilling your obligation to our website, not doing your job and not even offering a refund to us or help in any way. Up time is great. Replies to questions quick. Only loses a star because when my site was hacked they took it off line, but didn't notify me.

Few complaints about their hosting which is quite good - but they have moved from telephone support to email only, via a Ticket system. Whilst this is quite responsive and really quick sometimes, they continue to advertise telephone support. The IVR does not allow you to hold on the line for the next operator and kicks you off after a few rings. Needless to say they never call back after asking you to leave your details.

best customer service ever! they always reply within hours of your request and are eager to actually be of help. i only host a small website and really have nothing to complain about
