I contacted custum service per mail and they didnt answer in a way I could understand it, ie in broken Swedish. If they dont speak swedish its better they answer in english.

The size was too small and to ReTurne the gods to China….

The shoes I ordered are very low quality with a strong chemical smell. The price does not match the quality and the delivery took three weeks. I am very unhappy with the product and do not recommend buying anything from them.

Ordered few things, sadly those models were very small for me. Very good quality, nice tailored. When I contacted support team, they came up with very fast answer and offered me very good solutions to deal with the situation. Unfortunately they lied about everything and now it is impossible to contact them. Avoid them!

Scammers, have yet to recieve half of my order and I doubt they will ever send it. Contacted them right away and they said they were sorry and that they were going to send the other half of my order. However they have not and it's been well over a month. They have a decoy customer service that is very friendly, however it seems to be just a ploy. For example they've said for weeks that they'd "personally" check with the logisitcs department and get back to me. Complete utter crap, they haven't gotten back to me and seem to repeat/generate the same google translated generic message.

Avoid at all costs, it is NOT worth it.

Very small sizes.
I would have needed a 3-4 bigger size then I usual have.
When I wanted to return it they offered me 25% payment back instead of sending the jacket back.

Zula's lack of customer service and unwillingness to resolve the issue with a full refund has made me question their trustworthiness. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and fairness, but Zula did not provide me with either of these.

I would not recommend doing business with Zula. Their customer service is lacking, and they are not trustworthy. I was disappointed with the product I received and the way the company handled my complaint. I would advise others to be cautious and do their research before making a purchase from this company.

If you have had a similar experience with Zula, I encourage you to report your case to the police to take action. It is important to protect yourself and other consumers from companies that do not have your best interests in mind.

Very slow and unprofessional support. I canceled the order right after I placed it, but the company still decided to send it to me.

Now I need to pay for the return freight to China.

Zula is just another alibaba front, they order low quality clothes for 10 euro and sell it for 30 euro on their cringe website. They deliver in 4-8 weeks, because they don't handle any deliveries until at least 100 people ordered the product, so in effect they are just a BS middle man to Ali Baba. Save your money, they quality is very low and the product pictures are all fake.

Unfortunately I must give 1 star, I would like to give none. A bluff company which sells products that didn’t get through any Quality control, the winter coat I ordered perhaps if it fit would be ok for summer, the arms were too narrow to put on, size S. the delivery time is too long and was changed 4 times, a fake excuse given every time, the products come from China, the company wants you to think you are ordering from Stockholm, this is a company as near a scam as you can get, avoid it. I decided not to ask for a refund or product change, too much hassle, I’m happy to warn others about this scam company, look elsewhere

This company is scam. They sell worthless clothes and their return policy is costly.

Order a jacket in xl and get a jacket who fits a normal 7years old!! ..I got a mail where I could get a jacket i 5xl but no I don't want it. The fabric smells awfull, sizes way to small, long delevery and quality is just so so low..
Never gonna use them again!!

Shippment was delayed with more than acceptable. To short in the sleevs (China-made) but way to hard an much work to return (return-adres in China).
Nice quality though
