Drop shipping losers who buy shit from China and re sell it. Ordered a large shirt that looked nothing like the advertised product and was extra small.

The owner of the company should be charged for fraud. I ordered a jacket on the 26th of November last year and I haven’t received it. I sent them a couple of emails but I never received any reply. They are just scammers and please people be aware of such scammers

If I could give zero stars I would. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. I purchased from their website as it appeared to be an Australia company. They sent me the incorrect size pair of shoes, and when I contacted them to request an exchange they said that shoe was no longer in stock, so I asked for a refund. They refused to provide a refund unless I covered return shipping costs (to CHINA!), despite me emphasising that this is in breach of Australian consumer law. I don’t care where you manufacture or ship your products from, but if you are a registered Australian company, you are obliged to follow the law. All of the email exchanges (over several weeks) I had with them were clearly either AI generated or canned responses written by someone with a poor grasp of English using a poor language translation tool. Have reported to ACCC.

I ordered a size L dress and received an XXXL. I returned the dress to the advertised address and they claimed it never arrived. So they couldn’t give a refund!
Do not deal with this dishonest company!

I received size Large when I ordered an 8 and the pants were not as advertised. I didn’t receive the top I ordered at all.
I have requested a full refund (as per their website policy) and after COUNTLESS emails and them trying to negotiate me to keep the pants, they finally said they would give me a 100% gift voucher to purchase something else (not interested) or I can send the pants back if I wanted at my expense and they will give me a refund once received…the address they sent me was China! Never again….

Orders some pants from Zulu. I am an Australian 8, they sent a huge large. Very bad quality not as advertised. Customer service is no help save your money and time and go somewhere.

I bought a sets of clothes. Delivery been delayed due to Christmas period. That can be excepted. However im very disappointed with the items, cause it Very extremely bad quality not the same as in the photo. Bad customers services and they dont want to refund. My issue still nor been escalate. This is a scam or not reliable website.

This company do not answer on mail. We have got to small shoes. Don't buy anything from them.

Zula is just a scam. ordered a winter jacket which actually arrived but is not matching the description whatsoever not mention the poor quality. obviously return won't be possible even if they claim on their webpage free of charge 30 days return policy.

Just don’t order ANYTHING from them!

Made an order on 14/1/2024.
First the delivery was late. Customer service was answering swiftly. Then the color of my pants was no longer available. Then the other one that I chose was again late.. they kept on telling me it will come within 10 working days.. then they offered to pay back the order, I agreed, they disappeared. My order was for 848kr, but still it is annoying that they can operate despite so much fraud ( apparently reading the comments here)

- They want me to send products to China and PAY FOR IT !!!! ????
- The products are VERY LOW QUALITY.
- Costumer services IS A BOT!!!!! No person!!!!!
- They only push you to accept a discount, but NEVER to take the items back to them.

Like other are confirming this is a big scam store. I cant make a normal return shipment and store will not refund for the very strangely sized cloths.
Wish I read here before....But i trusted the homepage since klarna.se offering payment method on this site..
I was very wrong to trust klarna.se.... also after contact with Klarna.se they don't care at all.

Scammers! I wish I had seen this site before believing a sale item. I received the item but it wasn’t wearable quality.
They took my money and despite replying to my many emails about a return and refund it was clearly some ai buffer meant to cycle around any action. Theives and scammers with fake reviews and bad quality sweatshop clothes. Avoid!

This company can not improve. They don't send the products the customer ordered. They send some things with no quality and take people money. They order the products from China with 10% of what they take from us and they are sending things which has nothing to do with your order. I would not recommend.

Beware of this company, it is SCAM

I bought a sweater on December 12 without checking first these reviews (which I now regret).

Too late I realized that this company is chinese and that they only take your money but do not make themseselves accountable for the e-commerce they offer on their fake swedish website (also too late I realized thye are from China).

I waited 3 weeks and the shipment was never shipped out. I contacted Customer Service, they only replied one time to offered to give me 20% back the amount i paid and promissed to deliver within those 5 days. It never happened. And they have never replied again.

The shipment is still not shipped out, they never gave me they 20% nor refunded my money (which I requested several times already), and they simply do not answer my emails.

It has been 6 weeks now and i can consider my money lost.

I decided to write these lines to make everybody AWARE so that you find secure websites, and make sure they are actually operated from Europe and not China. This is pure scam so please you better avoid this website to avoid losing your money.

Or you will simply get:
NO refund,
NO follow-up
NO products
