Nessuno risponde nè alle mail nè ai messaggi in direct… non so nemmeno se mi arriverà la merce a questo punto

Tempistiche lunghe - pessima assistenza
Effettuato il primo ordine il 1/06/22 ed ancora oggi 18/06 non è stato spedito. I tempi di attesa sul loro sito sono 7/8 giorni, contattati qualche giorno fa' mi è stato detto che avevano avuto dei problemi con un tessuto e massimo giovedì 16 sarebbe partito il pacco, ma nulla. C'era un regalo di compleanno e nonostante abbia ordinato secondo le loro tempistiche non riuscirò a consegnarlo in tempo.
Inoltre pubblicizzano cose appena uscite sul loro shop che stanno spedendo mentre chi ha ordinato da tempo aspetta ancora.
Spero di ricevere quanto prima il pacco. Grazie
Aggiornamento del 2.07.22: è passato 1 mese e del pacco (e di loro) nemmeno l'ombra. Ho aperto contestazione PayPal per recuperare (spero) almeno i soldi.
