Never again.

Ordered 3 July for my son's birthday and still waiting for it on 14 December despite numerous reassurances. Never again.

Our sincere apologies for the delay to your order. Although this was a pre-order item was not expected to ship right away we apologise for the delays this item faced due to production delays from Funko (the manufacturer).

I can confirm that your order was dispatched on November 24th, however due to recent Royal Mail strikes on top of most businesses having increased volumes of mail over the Black Friday weekend this created an extreme backlog at Royal Mail which caused severe delays to standard 2nd class parcels. I can see now that your parcel was delivered on Dec 19th so I hope your items arrived safely.

If these items are no longer needed due to a missed birthday we would be happy to offer a free return, just let us know via email.

Scammers!

I ordered Oasis Funko Pops on Sept 15 and Zinga took the cash immediately from my bank. I have heard nothing since and have had no reply from my emails to them requesting a refund.
Avoid this company at all costs! Scam, is the only word that springs to mind. How can these people be allowed to operate??,

Sorry to hear about the issues faced with your order. The item you purchased was a pre-order with an expected release date of Late November 2022. As we are still in November no delay emails would have been sent out until the last day of the month.

We try our best to make this clear to customers by renaming the buy button to ‘pre-order’ and highlighting the estimated release date in red on the product page, along with notices when the product is added to cart. Our apologies for any misunderstanding here.

You sent us an email requesting to cancel this order earlier today and we were happy to assist, replying to your email and issuing a full refund the same day you contacted us.

Apologies we weren’t able to get this order to you sooner.

Good Company

Paid for Oasis funko pops in July and for various reasons Zinga couldn’t deliver my order. However i was kept informed during this period and when i asked for order to be cancelled, the refund was made with 2 days. These things happen but the customer service was on point and good. I will definitely use Zinga in the future you can tell they have a customer focused culture.

Garbage company

Garbage company. Don't answer any emails. Ordered 2 pokemkn boxes. No sign of them, just taken my money and no product. Will be contacting trading standards unless my order is fulfilled and a good explanation given

Our apologies for the issues faced with this order. Unfortunately, we had troubles receiving new stock for Pokemon TCG products between Late September and Late October 2022 which resulted in delays to our stock arriving.

The good news is, we received our stock for your order earlier this week and your order has now been dispatched. We also included an additional free gift to hopefully make up for the inconvenience this delay has caused.

The troubles we faced with Pokemon TCG products within this timeframe have now been resolved and new stock will continue to arrive on the exact release dates set by the manufacturer going forward.

I don't normally write reviews but on…

I don't normally write reviews but on this occasion only fair to warn people.

I placed an order 08/08/2022 for a pre order item to be delivered from 14/10/2022 I hadn't heard anything after this to which they replied they had dome delays but should be with me if I wait a further week. This then passed I waited 2 weeks still no update then I sent another email to chase they then informed me that orders were unable to be filled as they had to renegotiate contracts with their suppliers. They then said I had to wait further now more than 3 months after placing the order they have cancelled it.

Suffice to say will not be ordering again from the company as communication and updates were not provided

I pre-ordered a big set of funko's for my daughter's birthday. They arrived in good time and well packaged. I did contact Zinga about the pre-order and I received a reply the same day.
Would use again.

Your parcel was shipped on Monday October 24th however Royal Mail were on strike the next day so your parcel wouldn’t have moved from our local delivery office until Wednesday.

I see from the tracking details that your parcel has now been delivered on November 1st and only missed our expected delivery time of 3-5 days by 2 days.

I got my order

I have recived my order from Zinga and everything was fine my order was in good shape (not broken). Next time when i order from here im just going to wait before writing a bad review. Sorry for any of the trouble i caused for you staff. And thank you for replying back to me straight away.

This order was shipped on Thursday 25th August 2022. You would have received an order confirmation email upon purchase of this order, followed by an order dispatched email on the 25th with your tracking information attached. If you did not receive these emails please check your spam/junk folders.

Royal Mail standard delivery aims to deliver within 3-5 working days and standard tracking will only update once Royal Mail have made an attempt to deliver your parcel.

With standard deliver Royal Mail would aim to deliver your parcel by September 1st. However, you may have heard about the ongoing Royal Mail strikes at the moment that took place on Friday 26th and Wednesday 31st. On top of this, we had a national bank holiday on Monday 29th. Keeping this in mind, I would anticipate your parcel being delayed by another 3 working days (Tuesday 6th September).

Our most sincere apologies for the delay to your order arriving, we hope you can understand that these Royal Mail strikes are completely out of our control and we are continuing to ship orders out the same day you place your order.

If you still have not received your parcel by early next week please reply to our email.
