The item was fine

The item was fine, unfortunately the delivery of the item was poor which is unusual as it was delivered by Royal Mail. It was recorded as being delivered! On the 1st June to either the delivery address, a neighbour (no house number recorded) or a safe place (which there is not one). So I went onto the Royal Mail tracker and it just said delivered so I went to the sorting office to ask for more information all they could tell me was that it was scanned outside the door. So I still had no idea where it was (if anywhere). It was only by chance that another neighbour located the parcel in the home of an elderly neighbour.

They are good and quick but may not arrive 10/10 quality

Quick delivery although it was quickly delivered to the wrong address also the funko pops I ordered once I finally got my hands on them were slightly damaged/squeezed due to tight packing I guess.

Thank you for your feedback. We discovered an issue a few weeks ago that the shipping software we use to fulfil orders had an update and began “autocorrecting” shipping address if the software could not precisely verify the location of the address, by changing some details from the original address provided.

Since discovering this we have now disabled auto correct on shipping addresses. So now, the address you provide at checkout is the exact address we will ship your order to.

Regarding the damage caused to a few of your items, we apologise. We try our best protect our orders from being damaged in transit as we know how important box condition can be to collectors, so if you submit a message through our contact form here:

and attach some images of the damaged caused in transit we would be happy to offer a free return for replacements or partial refund if preferred.

Quick and easy!

I ordered a funko pop from Zinga the day that I was notified that it was back in stock. It came within, the minimum, of 3 working days. With a registered account and card, which takes minutes to setup, it was a breeze to order.

After this excellent service, I immediately pre-ordered some new Pops for my collection as I am confident they will provide another order with quick and easy service.

Ordered in Oct saying it was in stock

Ordered in Oct saying it was in stock, it got delivered in late Feb, fair play they sent order updated emails, but this was meant to be a Christmas present, maybe wait another 10months before I give it them

Unfortunately, Funko has had extreme production and shipping delays this past year, and this has made It very difficult for them to ship us our products on time. That being said, our fulfilment times were not facing any delays and we did ship this order the same day they arrived in stock.

This item was listed as a pre-order item at the time of your purchase and the release dates were stated as estimates. We try our best to keep customers informed when items are delayed by the manufacturer and we are always happy to cancel orders if an item doesn’t arrive within the original release date expected.

10/10.. what else can I say...

I first used Zinga to pre-order a pop vinyl I couldn’t find anywhere else. As I had never heard of them I decided to just go for it and if it doesn’t work out it doesn’t work out. However.. Zinga not only delivered on my pre-order but they actually packaged the POP correctly... which so many “big” POP companies don’t do. The pop I ordered was the queen greatest hits and it arrived perfectly. Since then I’ve not recommended Zinga enough to my friends and I’ve also put more pre-orders in myself. So thank you to the team at Zinga.

At 1st when it arrived i wasn't sure…

At 1st when it arrived i wasn't sure what i'd ordered that was this size, when i opened it up RESULT i love it. Now to find somewhere to put it. Well packaged all corners still look like corners.Thank you, well worth the wait.

Pokemon Celebrations tin + extras

Received Pokemon Celebrations tin, blister pack and 3 of 4 booster pack. 1 booster was refunded as reported damaged. All excellent and pulled Alt art from blister booster as a bonus!

We wanted to reach out to provide some additional information regarding your order. Yesterday we received this parcel back to us from Royal Mail. They state that the 'addressee has gone away' and therefore returned the parcel back to our warehouse as no collection or redelivery was arranged.

We are more than happy to ship this item back to this address or to an alternative address. Alternatively, we would also be happy to offer a full refund.

Zinga is by far the best

Zinga is by far the best company to deal with for Funko Pop collectors! They have always sent me extremely well packed, mint condition pops and their customer service goes out of its way to help their customers with enquiries! I’ve had so many bad experiences with other companies that I only use Zinga now! I can not recommend them enough!!
