Products were packaged excellently and arrived quickly in superb condition.

My Funko pop box came dented in transport. Some extra protection in the box would have been appreciated. When buying, I’d recommend paying extra for the pop protector

I bought 3 Funko Sodas and 2 Pops from Zinga Entertainment. They all arrived in great condition and well packaged. One of the quickest shipments I’ve received for Funko products. One of the Funko Sodas I received had a defect, nothing to do with the retailer and completely due to the quality checks at Funko. I contacted Zinga in the first instance and they were happy to replace the defected product. Great customer service. A great online retailer and hope to make more purchases in the future. I ordered a Funko pop late last year and it got delayed a few times but I had great communication from the business and received it the other day! I also have used them to buy a few other pops on preorder through their partial payment plan which is so good as you don’t have to pay in full for something you don’t have yet! Would recommend this company to my friends and family

The company is fantastic I had an issue with a product and emailed about it, I was responding to very quickly and the issue was taken care of straight away great customer service. I would definitely recommend this store I will be shopping here again

I have bought a couple of things from Zinga Entertainment now & I must say they always deliver good quality merchandise & haven't let me down, when pre ordering anything please be patient as it will arrive as & when stock comes in. Definitely be buying something else in the future 👍

The funko pop came early. It was just as described. They wrapped it in bubble wrap and in a box. It was in perfect condition. Cheaper than every other shop I’ve seen.

I pre-ordered a bundle of Genshin Impact pop vinyl which took a very long time to ship out due to one of the figures not being available however whenever I emailed asking about the status of the order customer service were always so patient and kind!
The delivery arrived as promised and the figures are great<3

After a rubbish experience with a different company i found my sons much longed for Yunglud pop vinyl with Zinga and they were brilliant! Easy website to use, good communication, and quick delivery. Couldnt be happier so thank you!

Not yet used their pre-order service but E xtremely easy purchase and speedy delivery on items in stock. Highly recommend and will definitely be using again.
