The first(of many) purchases!! Perfect!!
This was my first(of many) purchases. I didn't know Zinga existed until my Shop app shared it with me. So happy!! Reasonable prices and the items despite being 2nd Class Royal Mail arrived very quick and the care taken into packing out the box was 100%!! The items where in perfect condition and not even a dent in anything!! Will definitely be a returning customer!!

Used this company about 3 times for Funko Pops, pre-ordered 3/4 Items and changed my mind while the order was still in pre order stage, asked for a refund while items were still in pre order phase and they have ignored all emails asking for a refund and processed the order. The order will be going back for a refund unopened. Why would you not respond to emails? Poor comms, gives off completely the wrong vibe as a customer, any reputable company simply resolved the refund no issue, feels like a money grab. Happy to update my opinion but not replying for over a week seems very scam like.
Update - they have finally processed a refund awaiting funds.

First time buy from this company. I bought Funko pop to add on my collection and I am in the box collector. My Funko pop box came damaged!!! I don’t think ,I will buy from this company again

Pokémon mystery pop box
Great price, as expected all commons but a nice mix of newer and older pops. 1 pop had a lot of box damage which stopped it being a perfect score.

Although my box arrived crushed
Although my box arrived crushed, even though it had a big red fragile sticker on it, the items inside were packed with care and were not damaged at all!
Also, I was happy that my order was not forgotten about since it was placed about a year ago.

Absolutely awful.
Sorry to leave this review but I waited an awfully long time for the product. I’d understand if they even just sent my money back, I accepted a month was my fault for not seeing the pre order but also why was it not clearly visible. Then to wait 3 extra months for delivery and everything was blamed on another company, when I have seen it cheaper in other shops for the past month now and I just think what was the point of early order for this. It’s just been a nightmare without any refund, I honestly began questioning the company was serious. I won’t be ordering again from here I’m afraid, they also sent me a tracking code that didn’t work! Then I got an email that they wasn’t sending the product for at least another 10 days. Just completely hectic and felt like I’d been scammed for months which was beyond stressful.

My Experience with Zatu
So Far I have order 3 things from here and each time they have provided the best service that I have had. The order or always either early or on time and that they are in perfect quality when they arrive. The website which I commonly used is a very human friend environment and provide simple gateways to there products and there security measure suit standard. I will continue to purchase from them as there service is "peak" for most places I have been, thank you so much and keep doing what you are doing 😁
Convinced this is a con
Convinced this is a con. Placed an order 2 weeks ago with "3-5 days delivery", and the courier has yet to receive it. I've contacted them via email three times, twice to request cancellation, and had zero response. I guess I'm onto Section 75 via my credit card company. Pathetic.
